i like the premise, but you really need to work on the continuity of your story and the translations. I'm not sure who was married to the father. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be Jessica, the Mayor, but you keep referring to Moniques dead husband in a way that makes it sound like it was her.

story continuity is all over the place - engrish is strong in this game; its full of bugs, dare to use the diary to open a location and that view screen locks on and overrides everything else unless you H-reduce it every frame. Dare to use the tablet, and it simply locks out completely and you have to restart. I wont rate it - as I dont rate it right now. I applaud anyone who is a developer, but lazy innefectual output like this could have been avoided by a proper testing before release. I suggest focussing on the product before the sell on patreon and subscribestar

Hello!! Thanks for all the messages and insights. Tablet can be closed with the on/off button at all times, and map selection send you back to main screen once you press a location. You don't need to reset the game every time. I tested before the release but I'll check it for future updates. About "engrish" comment, right now I'm focussing in my art rather than writing. I'm not a native and I have no idea how much I would need to study to reach a native, shakespearean and professional writing level. So for now I've been improving my art.

Yeah there's definitely confusion then because you talik about the father marrying the mayor and that the new wife had 2 daughters. monique is the daughter...and i'm pretty sure remember referring to the daughters as step sisters...it also makes no sense because monique looks like she's 25ish and the angry little sister looks (and acts) like a teenager...and your father was obviously around 50 years old. Edit: There are also a LOT of gallery images that aren't opened up once you're done, and some of the ones that are there don't link to the image. Are those there for future releases because if i use a gallery unlocker there are girls there i've never even seen.

I had zero problems with the tablet or the locations. The locations screen doens't have a close button, but there are multiple ways to get out of it...like simply rolling back or just picking a location. In fact i can't think of any bugs other than some images in the gallery not working.

Yes, sorry about those images, it's the south beach storyline that will be reworked on next updates. About Monique confussion, I'm sure you'll find the answers as I expand city hall storyline, including Jessica and Regina's plot.

I just reread the intro and it clearly states that Clint married Monique. It does sound in other spots that it was Jessica, but I somehow missed that. The confusion is my fault. I still don't like it because i had this whole image of banging my step sister, but that's fine. My favorite girls are the sister figure that you grew up with, Tamy, Giovana, and the new girl that showed up on the beach. oh, and the crazy sister/step-aunt if we can calm her down a little. In case you can't tell i'm shit with names...
The game says to check out Sansan media but when I open it, I can't scroll or click anything. It seems like progression is locked because I can't do anything aside from open and close menus at this point.

Hello!! SanSan media works as a bonus gallery for the characters. After reaching certain part (changes for each character) a SanSan story will be unlocked. You click it and see the image, that's all. It should look like this. That unlocks the image in the gallery. You don't need to use SanSan media to continue the story. For that you need SanSan budget, the other screen.
Am I missing something? I play the intro, it says it is recommendable to go to shops, and a beige screen appears. I try to go to any location, shops included, but always says that I don't have enough popularity.

Yes, you're missing the storylines.
In future updates the working button will use a minigame to get money, now you can just spam it to get the money you need. Then open santina budget, there you'll see the locations, each heart is one event in that location, that's how you progress in the game for now.

Then how do I actually continue the story? There's no other mention of what to do than go to SanSan Media, which has nothing interactable within it. I can't go to locations without upgrading them, but have no money to upgrade them and can't even click the button that the guide says is for making money. You say it adds $100 but it literally does nothing. The art looks good, but the game isn't feasibly playable past the tutorial.
Any progress w/ animated scenes? Game looks great, but the animated sex scenes would definitely help capture a larger audience.

You don't need to interact with SanSan media, that's a bonus gallery for the main characters. To upgrade locations you need to go to Santina budget

For now since I'm still working on the minigame just spam the money button and then you can unlock all locations. Once you reach certain part on each location storyline you'll unlock SanSan media events

Animations will take time, I've been practicing but I'm nowhere near to have something decent to show. Besides 2d animation are extremely expensive if I want to hire someone to animate.
