love alot of things about the game but man idk if it's just me but i really can't get into this style of ntr games that try to hard to be ''edgy'' or serious (idk if that's those are the right words but ykyk) atleast not anymore, especially when the plot itself undermines that (subjectively the fetish itself undermines it), the MC is a moron, the FMC is damn near braindead and the plot has some of the funniest contrived conflicts and plot induced stupidity i've seen in abit and so on.

with all that being said this game has some 10/10 shit in it, contrivances aside the slowburn was done very well, didn't drag like alot of games who try this do, the cachier minigame is a brilliant idea, i hope someone builds a whole game on it like raiohgar, the missions were quite interesting unlike most rpgms games and i liked the artstyle
yeah but you would be surprised about how those contrivances are pretty much cherries on top of the NTR cake. a lot of the stuff in NTR are very non diegetic. I remember having an argument with another person in the promise best left unkept that was calling the character a moron because he could not recognize the moans of his girlfriend trough the wall. I knew the moans were not perfectly audible for the main character they were cristal clear so that i could enjoy them. and I noticed this when I play an NTR game that treated itself more seriously. the game had sound and there were 3 scenes of sex behind curtain. one where penetration was visible had sound, then one with the antagonist getting a blow job wich had no sound and one where you were talking with the GF while she was being fucked. the later 2 made me question if the game had sound troubles. because even though i could grasp what was happening because of the context of many other scenes I was expecting to have some sound to enhance the scene.

these kind of things are pretty much porn logic stuff. and you have to acknoledge they exist for porn sake not for logic sake. and enjoy them for what they are. just like how zombies exist because you want to blow your granmas head off without feeling bad about it.

oh i 100% agree, and some of the my favorite games in the genre have this and even lean into it, the aforementioned raiohgar implies the MC knows what's happening but is playing dumb which makes the scenes 10x better, i love those cliches, heck i don't even mind the hated ones like mind control and blackmail, the issue for me is when games take themselves too seriously and that clashes with certain tropes that undermine the game's story.

there were alot more things i liked about the game than that tho and i hope the dev keeps making games

I agree especially with how much NTR slop we got in 2025, its a breath of fresh air to see a NTR game that isn't AI or phone and it has a lot of unique minigames. So many renditions of other games' minigames/situations all implemented into one all-in-one game.

I think the dev being his first game, you can feel the passion he has for the creative aspects of game development more than the technical side (coding) as the minigames are basic, but it's well done to incorporate his own hand drawn designs / situations into the mix that makes it really entertaining. I remember someone pointing that out somewhere and it clicked for me.

I do find that the darker aspects of the game tend to make it stick out more than other games, just because I became attached to Shion and Masaru after all that character building. The ending too was fulfilling and as a first experience I think it was fulfilling.

yeah and it's only gonna get worse as AI improves i fear, i also noticed alot of artists some pretty well established tried making H games recently and usually their first shot isnt anywhere near as interesting as this, i am very interested in what this guy makes next.

it's 100% subjective, i personally couldn't take the characters seriously bc of what i mentioned before but still enjoyed the game quite abit, btw if you found the ending fulfilling you should check out some older works especially doujins, i'd say most high rated stuff pre 2015 had some stuff like this, this actually used to be pretty common back in the day

I can only think of Metamorphisis that had some dark ending lol, but if you got some real good ones feel free to share some! Would love to read, or maybe I have read them and that's why I liked this?
