not really about equal focus id say one of the sharing paths is a early bad ending. As much I love Summer I actually like the neighbor a little more haha

No, it's not. There is plenty of content between the MC and the girl. You do have a choice there, whether to focus on romance or lust.
I would say that sharing comprises about a quarter of the game.
