Not trying to shit on the content of the game, but when an compressed version acts up like that (meaning even with reduced image quality) something went wrong. I'm not happy about it... I am not a game DEV but I do not think that there is much code in these type of games it should contain simply repetitive commands so no clue what could had been done here...

What you wrote is reasonable and overall of course makes perfect sense, any girl would either quit or go to the union or the police after being harassed at work. Maybe Kasie can't do it for some specific reason. For example she borrowed money from her boss, or she needs an internship at this branch to move to a higher position at head office, or maybe it's just a game and there's no need to make anything up there's just no realism here
After the manager's story is done (like you said it will lead to a bad end) maybe you should consider another "villain" to antagonize MC. Like vvvhhhhnnn said, maybe a good looking guy which Kasie will find attractive. But maybe he is actually a bad guy faking it. Using his good looks and lies (faking he is rich or important) to make her fall for him only to corrupt her and make her his plaything. For himself or even for others too (strangers, exhibitionism etc). Of course MC could find out that he is fake and try to make Kasie see that or maybe this guy could manipulate MC too, leaving Kasie helpless and gradually more corrupted. Just an idea.

Personally I don't find Mia interesting - but that's me. She looks great and sexy - but I don't like slutty girls - and girls with whom MC had sex already becomes boring. You got what you wanted from them, you saw everything she could show you - so why bother anymore? There can be some realationship problems further and/or lot of new copulations with the same 3D model again and again - and that's not my idea of fan, tbh.
If you are going to consider some ideas and suggestions - I would like to see more discreet erotic scenes - when characters are doing something lewd in public while pretending there is nothing unusual happens. Or it can be not even in public and just between them - but both trying to keep some way to escape from situation. For example the sister can start to wear even more obscene clothes or she can do some seducing intentionally showing her naughty bits while pretending it's just more convenient pose when she sits or something etc. Until now her seducing was more or less accidental - maybe it's time to make it more conscious? On other hand maybe I am not that great in understanding girls - and she was consciously seducing her brothers from the beginning already - while lying to herself it's not the case, who knows )
