Game really needs a setting/mod to stop interruptions, i'm stuck in an endless loop of everybody interrupting each other and i'm unable to actually do anything lol.

This has pause button on getting interrupted. Plus a few other functions.

I just installed the patch, i don't know how to stop interruptions though. The only pause button i see at the bottom of the screen pauses the game itself.
2. and 3 should be very much possible through mods, if someone cares enough to implement that
Hey does this game have to have internet connection to play? When i start it without internet it keeps telling me it needs internet connection and won't let me play. Is there a way to get around it?
Also for some reason i cant do it with "aikawa Yurika" character. In the game i can get all her other stats to 100% but sex stats remains 0. Any idead why?

high virtue, that's why, and for the internet connection thing, if you install hf patch 1.1, the web blocker plugin is included
DANG ! an update to version 2.0.3 cause game won't start with hf-patch 1.1. have to wait for hf-patch next update again....sigh.
and it much more worse when you able to have sex with them (high and highest virtue character). they won't let's you "insert" at all cost. except you are their lover (partner). however this come with another problem. they also won't be your lover because the chance the will accept to be your lover always some where at 0-10%. even they already love you.
It really make you miss the good old blackmail option, it was the perfect way to deal with these prudish moralities.
Well... if you like a standard/default character that have high morality and you want to fix it there is a very simple solution: go to character maker and clone it loading everything then just tweak her morality and save. There you go, now you can enjoy her slutty twin sister as much as you want.
Actually high virtue characters can be convinced to cheat, so long as they don't have the "singleminded/loyal" trait, if you spend enough time talking, flirting, and hanging out with them. It may depend on the conversation skills of your current player character, but it is possible. Just takes more time than a character with normal virtue.

Crashing to desktop after a few minutes, everytime! I have the R1 version, with HF Patch v1.1. Everything seems solid and perfectly adjusted, but the game simply won't go past 10 or 15 minutes of gameplay.
don't forget you can do dirty work too. by blackmail people. however in order to do this, your character must have "cheme". because the chance to success is low (no cheme = 20%, have cheme = 40%). however if cheme character blackmail the "masochist" character the success chance is 100%. but you can't free the character from your blackmail (0% chance). they will be your slave forever.
try re install hf patch again. but this time uncheck "uncensored" mod. because many hard mod can cause game crash.
For example, I avoid NTR not just as a "disliked genre". I think that any person will feel disgusted by feces, but there are people who are excited by games with shit (Literally with shit and literally excites). So I don't understand how it is possible to get excited by betrayal and humiliation? I see a game among which the NTR genre or its varieties (varieties of lol) = I close the tab with this game.
I just want to say that don't be upset, in the end this genre remains extremely popular, because even in this game you can easily create a role-playing game in which you will see yourself as a victim of betrayal. In this game, all the characters are already cheating on each other left and right, so why bother if every character without the appropriate perk is already a whore.
Luckily for you, you are wrong, Illusion makes games with this genre. Check out their previous project RoomGirl for example.
