I don't play games on my phone, but on PC usually translations simply require replacing the script files with the new modified script files (with the same file names but modified dialogue in the text) in the translation download.

all ntr scenes from lwm are in this but most are in sidestories but since those are sidestories therefore no ntr much/at all (depending how that swimming hall scene goes) in maingame like in lwm.
