In AVNs characters don't need to be related by blood in order for it to be incest in fact the only reason it seems like they aren't is because of Patreons rules Ocean had to do a work around just like most other devs who have incest in their game hence why roomate and landlady and that stuff gets used in AVNs that generally include incest.

There is, it's fanmade - via lewdpatcher, for the Patreon version which is what, I believe, is posted here for download.
The SS version shows the original relationships, the Patreon version does not, due to Patreon TOS.

If I'm not mistaken I installed (Uncensor Patch: LEWDPATCHER) but I didn't see anywhere a reference that they are blood brothers

Just finished playing this one, although it is too slow for relevant things to happen I can't deny how beautiful and interesting this game is.
If you stay home and don't go with Bella:

In chapter 4.5, they literally talk about their parents while looking at the stars. Without patch you can clearly see the traces of censorship, I don't understand why pretend that it doesn't exist? They're real siblings, just like in WIAB and trying to ignore that won't change anything.

Nobody's pretending anything. The standard version is the unpatched version. They aren't siblings in the unpatched version. Same with Vic and Maya.
You might feel free to install the patch and play the patched version, nonetheless the official version is the unpatched one.

The way the patch is made means that you have to start a new game after applying the patch for it to make a difference. Also means that your saves will in the future work only with the patched game and fail and crash with the unpatched game.
At least it was made that way originally and last time I played it a few versions back.
I actually made a patch (and posted it here somewhere) that can help to switch from an unpatched game to a patched one using any old save without the need to start a new game. But its helpfulness was somewhat limited (switching to the alternative script happened at the next jump point in the "original" script) and it may not work at all any more, I'd have to review and maybe update it once the non-beta release version drops.
lol yep...the "modder of unknown origin" patch that just conveniently shows up the moment a new version of the game does...
