The major thing of note is that Amber sees the MC at the bookclub meet and tells him, "I look forward to having you here." 'dunno if that's some kinda double entendre or not...
Sadly, the only other thing of note is that Amber briefly lectures a group about the psychology behind sexual tension between a panda and a butterfly. 'best not to ask on that one!

I hazily recall Ocean taking some Flak over the Mila/MC smoking scene early on in the game, and he said sometime after that that future smoking would be optional and not forced. Thus, I found the smoking scene in Ch 5 surprising...From my understanding, since SG was completely taken over by Oceanlab, he removed all the smoking scenes for some reason.
