I think that flirty nature with people Ayua likes is part of her personality and Bella knows it. Ayua would never hurt Bella. Or at least, it's what is suggested in the game.
It has a path where Bella likes the MC but they don't kiss, I am guessing is this one.

Yes. You still get her at the bar, you still get her threatening you for triggering Bella, because those are part of the canon. You're still doing the project with Bella, she still asks about NIka's dick in the locker room, she's still around Sasha staring at NIka's groin while NIka's stretching before the basketball game etc.

Considering the view from the windows, they are higher up than the ground floor. I had an impression that the bar is on the ground floor. I doubt Ocean would make a mistake with the outside scene set up.Is the scene at the opening of a new bar ?

Hang on, what drink menu? I see 2 black objects on each corner of the image, and to me seems to point out we're seeing part of a laptop screen backside.
Also, the bar has different decor. I've not seen those walls in the game as far as I can remember. The bar has white brick walls.
