People forget that Jenna wasn't on Katies team, but the opposing team. I'm not sure any of the Volleyball team are in the book club. The one that looks like young Anna, isn't named Anna for example.

That is true, still, is so early that I don't think is a impossibility. Amber is in the club and it seems she not even is of Wollust. My point was more that they can have a much of the same people and is just a easy way of get scenes, William with yonguer and Nika with older women. I kinda like the symmetry. The whole scene with the girls surrounding William mirrors that of Nika, Katie and Nami jealous.
