It seems that everything we know about Holgerssons comes from Bella, who simply hates Stefan because he's been trying to hit on her mom or maybe just drooling while looking at her (Who wouldn't?). The hate comes from Bella and Nika uses and encourages it to avenge for Stefan's son (forgot his name) being in the group that humiliated Mila.
We don't even know who came up with the idea to accuse Mila for the break-in. Stefan has no idea who Mila is:

TBF, we don't even have enough evidence on that for Stefan. He moves in the circles of snobbish people, his son was in the group that humiliated Mila, but we haven't really seen any actual evidence of Stefan being a snob.
He did touch Bella's hand in the restaurant, so he might also have wandering hands, but this doesn't necessarily make him a bad guy
or even a snob.

Bella called his son a pedo, not him, she just doesn't like that married Stefan wants to fuck Amber. He did send out creep vibes, and that trophy room was creepy as fuck.

He's still targeting Mila, so he isn't a saint. Bob and I have already discussed the possibility of Stefan and Vanessa working with Leia. The latest WiAB update also fits that theory quite well.
I don't take Bella's accusations seriously either. And if the connection between Stefan and Leia turns out to be true, I just hope it won't be used as a typical lazy writer's excuse for Nika and Bella's fuck-ups.
