I didn´t know, I´m fairly new to this game, so I don´t know a lot about it´s makings. I´m sure he´s doing what he thinks it´s best for his work.

I think he means well, but the problem is he's trying to tackle every single detail with the same dedication, and he scatters his his mind into them and try to achieve perfection for every single little thing.

and you know what they say about perfection being the enemy of progress. I don't think we'll see the end of his games before a decade. and that's a best case scenario.

there was supposed to be four of them If I recall correctly?

to his credit, what we get as a result is fantastic. precisely why it has gained such momentum and interest. his greatest strength is his greatest weakness.

This is a very common situation. I can tell you with confidence that people do not believe in excuses and never did. People can believe excuses once, but when a person constantly makes excuses, no one believes him.

Let's change the topic of games to cars or furniture (anything). Imagine how you come to the store and buy furniture. They tell you that they will deliver it at the end of the year. Then they tell you that it will not be possible at the end of the year and there will be a delay. You are upset about this, but you understand that anything can happen and continue to wait. At the beginning of the next year, they tell you that they stopped working on your furniture and started making another order. (I would be shocked by this). Then they tell you that your order was postponed to Q3, and a couple of months later you were told that the order was postponed to Q4.

Now tell me what you will do after this.... Will you go and tell everyone what a terrible store this is to warn them, or will you praise this store?

Of course you will scold this store and absolutely any person in your place will do the same. Ocean should understand this and change the situation for the better, otherwise instead of fame and millions of dollars he will be begging like Iccstore.

What amuses me most about his sequence is when he writes to people tired of waiting "suspend your subscription or unsubscribe altogether" or he himself suspends the write-offs, citing that "money is not the main thing" but then the guy goes and changes the plot so as not to fly out of SS and steam for sensitive topics, and calls SS the most important source of income. Dude, you are... great

That´s very well put. If you obsess about every detail, nothing progresses.
This game has probably the best renders I´ve seen, but maybe they didn´t needed to be that pretty.

And four what? Four games?!? He´s already doing two, right?
You can´t have too many things on your plate if you are a perfectionist, I would know that.

In fact, yes, he is right, but there are reasonable concerns that porn games will be removed from Steam completely, or V MC will be removed, due to the new rules, they literally wrote that they "have the right to disable payment for any 18+ content."
SG has nothing to fear, but WIAB...

When you put it like that...I still think excuses is really a case by case scenario, but in this particular one, I agree with you.

Steam has a list of prohibited content. There is no point in being afraid of sex scenes.

p.s. I'll add a few words... I think it will be more dangerous if Ocean doesn't add sex to SG. In the comments, people constantly complain about the gay behavior of MC and that there has been no sex in the game for 6 years. I can do without sex if there is an interesting story. But if there is no sex and there is no interesting continuation of the game, I will definitely be unhappy.

The MC has a medical condition/mental block that prevents him from getting an erection in most cases (Nami is the only person who can 'wake wormy').

I believe that the next Amber therapy visit (the visit to the cabin) will be a turning point for the MC, and that her unusual take on therapy will help him to start to break through his condition.

Sex is not necessarily limited to the MC's ability to get a hard on though.

Some of the Bella renders from previous dev logs hint at the MC/Bella having some fun in what looks like Claire's office, but until we see the entire scene/scenes - we don't Know how far they get to take things.

Fuck it looks good.. I have been looking forward to more Bella for over a year now.. Hope Ocean is doing good, but seems like he/she is working hard

I think that Ocean is a perfectionist. On one hand, it's good because we get solid material, but on the other hand, it definitely takes too long.
