Try harder.
1. If you compliment Marla on her haircut, you find out that she is indeed seeing Amber for therapy. Which would be obvious to anyone playing the game, who notices she starts smokingwhen stressed by Nika. And she wants shared therapy with Nika, because he's part of her problem. Just try playing th game dude.
2. Sertraline is an antidepressant medication, basically zoloft. if you take it when you're not depressed it reduces brain volume of your memory, and your ability to regulate your mood. So no, Sasha's not taking it for performance enhancement. Try harder to play the game.
3. It's a cultural/social problem. That doesn't mean it's not a problem. She has a controlling family. Her trauma over leaving that controlling environment hasn't been explored, Nika's only just pushing her to get out of their influence. Are you that naive to believe that a controlling family won't leave emotional scars?
4. Nia's last words in that scene are:
So her issue is not sex, look at the difference with Bella who is clearly frustrated when Nika can't get it up. Nia's not horny, she wants Nika close because she's lonely, and that's the only thing she thinks she can use to keep him longer. Did you even read her story about how she had no friends except Summer? Her whole persona is awkward to the point she has a safe word with Nami to prevent her being socially awkward.
5. Did you even look at the image of bibi Zara being scolded? Oh, and her mom tried to gaslight her into believing Nick abused her. DId you read the game?
Zara was having her 'self esteem suppressed'. That's exactly what belittling her in front of others is, telling her how useless she was, and there was physical violence. So again, did you read the game?
6. Really? You didn't notice that Bella snapped when Nika asked about her sister? You didn't notice that Bella admitted she's broken?

Or the text messages where Bella admits her mom hasn't been able to help her?

Or Ayua freaking out over Nika pushing Bella about her sister? Amber mentioning that Bella's ....seen some things?
And Nika gets sent to therapy, because of pushing Bella about her sister. That is the last straw for Noji, that Nika can't emotionally read the room and make good choices.
7. Nami's issues - regardless of how Ocean's changed her role, Nami's involved in something that caused Nika to be the way he is and why he needs therapy. It's most likely something to do with Summer, but we don't know yet.

But you've read the game right? You know all this. You didn't control click your way through the game at all.
