No, I don't think you should always be prejudiced and angry with the dev. I haven't written this anywhere. Yes, if he delivers a good product, you can at least say thank you. But you shouldn't forgive the developer for all delays and mistakes. In this case, his professionalism, creativity and skill will not grow at all or will do it slowly. And if you are a developer, then it is very naive to believe that everyone will constantly praise and love you. You must understand what you are going for. This is the whole point.

Ok i know not everyone will like a product, VN or game or even a developer. Everyone has a different taste. But you say delays and mistakes in this case. His professionalism and creative and skill will not grow. Yes it does Positive reinforcement trumps Negative reinforcement. Look at Oceanlab. He is learning Blender. While that cause a significant delay in Where it all began. The end product will be better and he is communicating with his patreons and here on f95zone. So he is being honest and should he be punished for it. NO

Add Skype to the list, video calls and the list goes on. Those are some good questions which, sadly, kinda hint at her being kidnapped by some fuckers. Why else would the MC completely isolate himself from the world (especially his loved ones) and not try to find her social media accounts... I know he's not an extroverted dude or a techie, but at least he'd know that she's ok and could try to visit her or ask her to visit him. In WIAB, Abigail said that Helen took care of a girl who was in a pretty fucked up situation, some time after that, she had that accident... that girl could be Summer coz if I'm not mistaken, Oceanlab said that SG and WIAB take place in the same universe, but that's purely speculation on my part.

different timelines wiab is probably 20 years before SG or the other way around! all we know is that the collection if ever finished will be the Zane universe! So we can assume SG is after WIAB since the MC is probably a Zane who became an orphan... the other connecting names so far are the Frohn Maja and Victoria (which are cousins not sisters) family name, also orphans so whatever went down in the end of WIAB we can assume an entire generation got wiped out!
Another possible connection is AYU and the Japanese family from Miru... but i was under the impression they where Koreans and AYU was japanese so...
