NSFW, sure. Several versions have had some. I don't remember any claims about the game not having any NSFW content.
Sex, still no. MC is still unable to rise to the task.
And there are no voyeur scenes of someone else having any (If I remember correctly. Haven't also played the last version yet.)

hah, like the person a couple posts up posted, there are some naked shower areas. There's also a section, depending on your choices, where a couple characters watch some porn together and you see a couple images depicting sex, but no actual in-game sex between your character and other characters yet. That will come down the road after proper world and relationship buildup has progressed to a point.
