The healing aspect is important to the story despite people thinking he's impotent and it's wasting their time. I'll hope Ocean initially shows Nika trying to force himself to be normal and getting freaked out and then the LI comforting him, stuff like that. A lot more meaningful in my opinion.

Well, if the girls aren't bi in a throuple, it's not really a throuple but a tiny exclusive harem, a form of sharing, polygamy rather than polyamory. The girls have to be romantically committed to each other as well as Nika for it to be a proper throuple. I guess the question is, will any of these trios become committed enough to find stability, or will they fail to jealousy? I think it's hard to genuinely write in a threeway relationship that honestly explores those challenges for that many trios.
