I don't know. Bella don't gives two shits about Nami, Nami hate is more jealous than anything else in my opinion, once she got payback from the prank I don't see why they could not come to terms.
I am not taking shit, Ocean confirmed that Nami and Bella throuple was possible. Now Ocean does has a record of changing his mind, we don't know if it still is a thing, but I am counting it is.

I think another reason for her dislike of her or the main reason. Is she sees another Summer, she legitimately thinks Bella can and will take Nika away from her. The prank done to her reason is just a cover story.
Nami could see "another Summer" in any other LI. But in Bella's case it's worse because of Nami's dislike/hate towards her.

The other she may be able to trick that she has no such feelings for Nika, or Vic who would she could probably entice to be part of it. With Bella...there is no such deception, only a possibility of sharing while Bella roasts her for being a brother fucker anytime they even meet eyes

Nami has a dislike for Bella due to the prank and Bella's general attitude, which offers an excuse for her to vent her jealousy and insecurities regarding her relationship with Nika. I think the prank is near the back of her mind compared to the real threat of Bella, and now all these other women showing up with a genuine interest in Nika. As For Bella, I don't think she dislikes Nami either, but she certainly loves to antagonize her.
