The thing to know about all the positive reviews on steam? Those are people who have played the game and still feel like it was worth their money. So leave your negative review, because that's your experience. The domination tag falls for Bella's dominant nature. The graphic violence tag is for the accident scene, the fight which leads with nika having an exposed wound on his face and also the scenes where bella is bullied.

The developer notes are hidden under a spoiler tag and do not state clearly that there are no sex scenes in the game.

I agree with your assessment of intent by the user but that was not my point. My point is that even "well meaning" players can be misled regarding the actual contents of the game. And the hurdles I mentioned about limited/slow Internet are valid for them too.

You graciously left out the "reviews" part, which gives you enough "no sex" whines per page to get the point.

I'm saying that no player that is relatively new to the forum will go that deep and it should never be expected of them to do so. 5 years ago all I did was check the tumbnails and the first page of comments. And it wasn't nearly enough to gauge my level of interest. And I'm also reiterating that there is no mention of the game containing no sex scenes in the OP and there should absolutely be one.

Because there is no such disclaimer, any comments of dissatisfied players regarding the issue is automatically valid in my point of view.

While true, by then someone has already wasted a download. And in some parts of the world, the Internet is slow and data is limited.

Here we are x years later and I still think there should be a disclaimer in the OP, warning players that the game contains no sex scenes. It's not like the stupid tag system is even remotely reliable at all so there really is no way of knowing. Unless you ask. And we all know what happens when you ask a dumb question that gets asked frequently. The replies tend to not be the kindest.

People who cant download much should have a look to make sure they like it first then, just by looking at the first page you can see developer note saying this

"This isn't a porn game! This is a story-focused game with adult elements.
If you just want to fap, this is certainly the wrong game for you.

What I think gets people annoyed is the fact that some people think every single game here should just cater to their needs and no one else's. Some people like slow build up and story telling and love this game for that, while others think "fuck this I just want to see sex and wank" There is 1000s of games that have that here already that they can spend their time on, but they seem to want to come here and complain that this one game doesn't give them what they want.
