The problem I see with the TT game is that we don't have much character development for the amount of time it takes. Hopefully it'll be different from this point where there is less focus on the TT narrative and more focus on who is playing.

I don't think Bella will take it easy that you're flirting with others, even though you kind of agreed to a casual relationship and no strings attached.

The agreement with Bella is it's not a relationship as she isn't ready to settle for the first guy she meets at school. They're basically no strings attached until they heal a bit.

I understand how bella feels on the subject but what about victoria? does it hurt mc's standing with her?

You've not even been on Vic's date yet, so they're definitely not in a relationship, so still not cheating. The tag will likely get added when you are presented the option to cheat.

Right now, having the cheating tag is as useful as having an anal tag. Sure, it'll be there in future, but it's not there yet.
