Probably. It's too early to say for sure, but I'm guessing her mother and Noji will play a more important role in Vanessa's story than Zara's. I think you're kind of overlooking the fact that meeting the Cyruses is also a big event for Vanessa. I mean, don't you find her behavior in chapter 4 wary and defensive? She observes and gathers information and manipulates because she sees them as a potential threat. I got that impression the first time I played and the second time that impression only strengthened.

All people wear masks when they interact with people from different social circles. To be sure that Vanessa was indeed manipulating Bella, we need to see how she behaves with her friends. What do you think she talks to them about? Her mind games or clothes, fashion, expensive jewelry, guys and the latest gossip? Was Vanessa more cautious around Bella? Probably, yeah. But it makes sense, they started hanging out for a few days. I personally don't think Vanessa plays her manipulative games 24/7.
This is all pretty true. I'll still stand by the idea that Vanessa, through your own reasoning had MOR reasons to wear a mask around Nika. THe best way of testing him is not to be on his radar. By being *relatively* herself (I mean, we're guessing without more interactions) in a situation where she wants to observe and make an opinion of these newcomers, she's already given up an advantage. She could play the perfectly innocuous host and be a social ninja, stealing all their secrets from under their noses. That's what I imagine she's done with Bella, because of the connection with Bella's social circle, that Bella played football with Zara when they were tiny. If she knows about Mila, I'm sure she also knows about Bella from Mario.

In the sense of Vanessa being worried for Nick (okay RNasc4444 you found one! I'd also include Mon, Vic, Sonya and Damian. So we might just need more than one hand to count the good people, but barely) and their family home, I can see her wariness, but that's nothing to do with them being Cyrus's. Unless Nika does have a juvenile record and she knows about it, it just seems like the normal concern for her space bing invaded by a potential gold digger.

But she wore a mask. When they met, by the way Nika looked at her, Vanessa thought he was some kind of simp. So in the bedroom scene, she played her role accordingly, but she was wrong.

Of course, it's not because they're Cyrus's. I don't think Noji is the first woman Nick has invited to his home. And maybe Nika isn't the only person Vanessa pulled one of her tricks to get rid of potential new family members. But I don't think it's just because she considers them gold diggers.

For me Vanessa is dangerous, she's not the kind of girl I'd like to hang out with or even be alone with in a room. That's also why I compare her to Leia. Except that Leia is William's twin, so she'd never do anything to harm him. As for Vanessa and Nika, I'm not so sure.

I'm really over reaction limits.

That's exactly what I mean - if she was only as masked as she was with Nika at dinner, there's no way even Bella could mistake her for an airhead. We see how Bella does have some subtlety at the dinner, and dealing with Kate. She's more aware than she lets on, she's just frequently either self absorbed or careless of the consequences. What she said to Nika about Vanessa being Zara's sister? "I thought you knew" I mean, Nika had barely met Zara. Bella knows Zara doesn't think much of Nika from the torn top. So why would NIka know anything about Zara that very day? How long has he been at college?

But yeah, that perspective of Vanessa guarding her turf makes sense.

I still think people are being way too hard on Vanessa. Even though I won't go as far as saying I like her personality, she has considerable bright spots. I'll point out once again that if it wasn't for Vanessa being who she is, their awful mother would have manipulated Zara into some serious consequences for Nick that would result at best into lost custody and at worst serious criminal or reputational damages that are hard to come back from.

Other than that there is also the show of respect towards the MC when she drops her act after realizing she can't fuck around with him as she does most everyone else. She also volunteers to take him shopping in what I see as some sort of apology/compensation for making wrong assumptions about him.

Finally another thing worth mentioning is that she points out the very positive effect he seems to have on Zara. By the end of the night she seems to approve and even welcome Noji, Nami and the MC to the family. To me, none of this paints a picture that Vanessa is any sort of threat or enemy to the MC or his goals. And I refuse to treat her as such until we know more.

Like I said, different social circles. Bella acts differently around Stefan even though she barely restrained herself, what subtlety are you talking about? Anyway, we're going in circles. Let's just drop that. :BootyTime:

I am not saying anything bad about her, but she is an incredibly intelligent, dangerously manipulative tiger. She would be a great ally, and a dangerous enemy. She seems to be fond of her boyfriend, so that makes it more likely that she'll be an enemy, but maybe not if she ends up approving of of the new family dynamic. She definitely approves of Nika's dynamic with Zara, but that could just be entertainment value.

Im sorry S1 was about 12000 S2 CH 1 is set to be 7000

Ocean from Steam:
"I must admit that I overdid it with the size of the next update. It will feature around 7000 still images.
To put this into perspective, Season 1 had 12000 in total.

So the next Chapter is almost as big as 60% of Season 1. "

A ok, 12000 for the complete season 1, I don't know why I had understood that chapter 1 would finally have 12000 renders.

She loves him so much that she forces him to put a plug in the place where the sun doesn't penetrate. :HideThePain:

Did you see the word "love" anywhere in my post? I said "fond," and she does defend him during that exchange, and says she uses one, too, to keep their relationship sympathetic. She seems to actually care about that asshole, but also has not indicated she cares that much to call it "love." I'd say she's just amusing herself.

Don't let your hangups about sex influence your opinions about this stuff. I don't want anything up my butt, either, but I don't judge anyone else for doing it. I am also not gay at all, but don't have a problem with other people being gay.

Affection or love, the border is close. Then what you say in your language means the same thing in mine. x)

I've got nothing against them either, that's not the point, just that if you affection someone you don't force them to do something.

"Seems to be fond of her boyfriend" while cleary stating he is a inferior human being lmao

Loving someone like a pet in good old omni-man style
Nobody said she's a good human being! :ROFLMAO:

Dangerous, intelligent, and borderline sociopathic, just like Nika, and William, and sooooo many others.
