Funny on one hand the critics take every opportunity to state that the game is just a few weeks in game time after so many, many, many years of development. And here comes Alex stating that there more than enough time has passed for fucking around... at a slow burn game, for an MC without much of a sex drive due to a trauma.

That's just classic alex dude. He just drops by once a blue moon to shit on the game and goes radio silent until someone else starts another war and then rinse and repeat. At this point it's become his entire personality.

The sex comes with the story; the problem isn't the absence of sex, but the slow progress of the story.

What makes me pessimistic is that we haven't yet reached the part of the VN where things get complicated because the Dev has to create animated sex scenes, or follow different routes depending on the relationship between the MC and the LIs (from what I've read here, there will be a lot of possible variations).

Well, I'm not a white knight like you and the Old Man who are used to licking Ocean's ass even when he milks you. If you like it when a developer treats you like shit, then that's your right, I'm not used to that.

P.S. I come here to read the logs in which the developers write about the work they've done. But Ocean is always whining in the logs and writing how something is constantly preventing him from making the game. What reaction should I have to someone who is always whining and delaying the game's release?

Oh no no don't get me wrong. I welcome your presence . It takes genuine effort to exist as a vessel of hatred. We need people like you. If the entire thread was just people who like the game and not welcome criticisms, it'd just spiral into a fascist regime of sorts. The balance needs to exist so that the product can improve itself. But i don't agree with you saying I'm Ocean's buttlicker though. I too have several criticisms about his writing and progress . But the fact of the matter is that the good outweighs the bad and i am optimistic towards the quality of the end product. So what I'm trying to say is, don't change what you are.You have a purpose and your existence is valid, the same way we have the right to love the product despite it's drawbacks.

Now you have come here from Discord and continue to do it here. With your actions, you are only helping Ocean to deceive and milk people, telling everyone in the area that it is normal for a developer to wipe their feet on you. If DPC had done this, then there would have been swearing on its forum for about a month. Your actions are not new, this is what sycophants do for absolutely all milkers. And as a result, thanks to defenders like you, developers do not have adequate communication from their Patreons and games die. The constant decrease in the number of Patreons is a clear example of this.

Wasn't DPC's last update 7000 renders and released 15 months after the previous chapter? Guess which game update is looking at a similar scale/dev time...

I don't recall seeing much criticism for that because people like the game and are interested, even if the wait time is sometimes jarring.

Alex is one of those obsessive fan who can't let go of their hate and disappointment and must signal to the world how hurt their feelings are to feel better. There's few in this thread, but Alex is truly the number one loser. I'm sure we all have a game or two we played and didn't like.

I'm sure we said our piece as to why we didn't like it and moved on. But he, and few others, can't. They MUST cry about it to feel relevant, they almost are on a mission to educate people how much ocean, who work on two games, put a shit ton of money for music that half of us won't listen to, and shit hundred render per week, just to scam. If they succeed in convincing the newb who discover the game of the evil of ocean, they'll get their revenge for the crime ocean committed against them and feel vindicated.

Why are you lying and twisting my words? I only criticize when Ocean lies. I don't respect people who don't keep their word and don't fulfill their promises.
