Hardly. It can't even make top 30 in F95 by likes, views or rating.
So generally speaking I don't see how it can be top 5 anywhere but our own individual personal preferences.

All men in the world died due to a virus outbreak that killed all the people with XY Chromosomes for whatever reasons, MC being raised as a lab rat, is the only exception, along with rest of the females, are also the only survivors. His primary goal is to balance the male and female populations. This shit would make more sense than a harem or WVM.

You have the Chad route, like BADIK you can fuck pretty much everyone no attachment.
Then, you have the oddball, those are the route that permit Throuple. Throuple confirmed are MMF and FFM.

Serious question: why do some people keep talking and talking about a game whose last update was in May last year, and the last time real new content was added to it was much longer ago, because the developer is dedicated to redoing (and making worse) parts already finished? Why keep trying to ride a dead horse?

Yeah the player controlling Nika is the one getting the harem. The character alone, outside the player’s choice could do literally anything.
