Ocean wrote at the beginning of the year that he did postwork for 4000 or 5000 renders if I'm not mistaken. He also said that the postwork speed is 500 renders a day. So this work will not take much time.

Yes, all new, the remake is behind us.
Think 8 hours of gameplay with that many renders with minimal branching (since it's still the beginning).
"since it's still the beginning" -> It hurt a bit since it had been 6 years but you're not wrong....
Maybe that's the price of quality and at least we are going somewhere unlike a lot of cancel/on hold games. I'm not saying being a freelancer is easy, i'm not avoiding the fact that they can meet difficulties. But sometime you hype yourself a lot for a game annnnnnnd it's gone. So after a few time you get less hype as a defense mecanism until the game will be a bit advanced.
