Naaaah, I don't think so. For now I don't see Ocean as a short updates guy. At least he has to add some progression in the story. I think the new chapter will be at least some hours of gameplay (playing it slow, taking your time like i always do) and with some progression, maybe with focus on Zara's family?

Anyway, those 8000 renders or so... Are going to be just one chapter or he plans to split them in to multiples chapters? Because is almost like four chapters at once.

I mean, I really like the story and it's also one of the few games where I really like the MC and his pairing with Bella was the best. The music was top tier too. Wait,16+? Seriously, why is the game in this site? I mean, i love this game, but the last time I played it, this game had a futa/trans tag. That's how long it has been since I touched this game. If this is one chapter, then either it should take at least 3 hours, even through the skip button, or it is a creative cancer. This amount of content can be produced for several years only if you simultaneously work two shifts at the factory.
And somehow I doubt that in this one chapter there will be a Telltale level plot.

I know we could speak about SG watching the work he has donde with Wiab, but I don't think a "bad" chapter on one game could implies a bad chapter in the other. I have not seen any game with all seasons being good, there is always a bad season or chapter.

I don't think this new chapter-chapters are going to be bad. The guy is talented, just watching the renders in the game I can appreciate his work, but this new season is going to be absolutely important for him, the las rework pissed of a lot of people (maybe me too, even if I understand the reason), and he made a promise some time ago and I'm not going to forget it. This season two it's going to make us happy, because it's supossely to have sex scenes, maybe not SEX, but oral and stuff, if he is a man of his word, must have some of those.

By the way, starting with the Board Game and ending with the Book Club, these are three chapters with probably over 6,000 renders, but we get nothing but a bunch of boring chatter that has no impact.

You're right about progression, but never underestimate how fast someone can play an update if they ignore the words with the power of the cntrl key.

Storywise, based on renders we've seen, I expect:
- finding out a lot more about Sasha. THere's a bunch of renders showing her seemingly involved with the staff at the uni, as well as her modelling/art project.
- Sonya's wrestling with Ayua and the Ayua spa scene suggest we'll find out more about the Zanes.
- We'll find out who mystery/stalker cheeto is, more than one scene with her.
- THere's a Maja scene, and we've seen Vic's therapist, so Nika goes along to some of VIc's therapy. But I think we'll find more out about the Frohn's, and Maja's new role as a coach at ZPR.
- We'll find out if that other older woman is Marla's sister or something, as well as find out more about why Nika freaks her out but Vic doesn't.
- The whole Benz family dynamic.
- The prospective student house and the fourth person.
- bath tub scene with Nami to make up for the one we lost in S1 - so a development of their relationship.
- THere's a bunch Nia and Kate interactions.

And I'm forgetting things I've noticed. There will be plenty for me.

I think that all the inhabitants of this topic can be called fans of the first season, otherwise we simply would not come here at least once a month.

The point is not that since there is a lot of shit in wiab, then it will be bad here too. The fact is that TWO such processes at the same time, on the neck of one person (I didn’t go deep into whether he hired someone to help him, but I don’t heard of such a thing) - affect the quality of the final content. The human head is extremely crappy at working on several things at once. Biologically and psychologically.

When it comes to 18+ scenes, in the fan community, which is not ready to tell Ocean to go to hell, the impression is that “well, at least something will be GREAT.” It doesn't work like that and it shouldn't work. If for the entire second season (or whatever it is, it’s not a season anymore, but a CHAPTER from the season?)) there will be one cunnilingus, then this is a simple and banal milking of the last subscribers. I'll leave alone speculations about how WiaB carries into this until we'v seen the next 3 chapters. There's scenes with Katie, so we'll hear more about her. Hopefully we get the Ayua fight scene, but if not, there's still heaps of scenes with her, I suspect we'll find out more. Emilio is still on Nika's radar for info, so the connections to WiaB will make some sense. How well Ocean connects the two games...well, we'll see. He might keep that stuff at arms length for a while to keep SG focused on Nika's trauma and the the healing theme. I think that would be wise, as he can't guarantee that every SG play will want to play WiaB.

As far as sex scenes, well this season is I think going to be 8 chapters? Someone will know. So I doubt there will be much in the first 3. The pacing would be wrong - Nika gos from no boner to raging hormones in a day? We've already seen teaser renders of Nika and Nami, so there will be that scene, but if there's much more than women trying to get a rise out of NIka in the first 3 chapters, I really don't know. Over the course of the season, I suspect we'll have a bunch of things, but I doubt we'll get any actual sex, mainly just 18+ lewd acts, rather than 16+ innuendo.

The release as far as I can tell will be 3 chapters, with each following chapter released as DLC on Steam. I think Ocean knows not to draw it out by dividing it into 3 releases - if he was going to do that, we should've had S2 Ch1 10 months ago and I'm sure people will let him know that.

I think he’s going to try to get the lowest possible age rating in each country to reach a larger audience. So I’m not sure he’ll take the risk of making something in the adult visual novel category. Otherwise, the audience from the first season might end up being unable to play the second one, since in Brazil his game is rated 14+.

If you release DLC with 18+ content, the game itself will receive exactly the same. I don’t remember AVN games in which pieces of scenes/text/plot were literally cut out, right from the middle, and added as separate DLC for 20 bucks under the guise of “new gaming experience”.

My god, you guys are okay ? Like yeah, not fan of anime sized titties and I like the meme of Ocean turn every character a ballon or a greek god but like grotesque ?
