First of all I must say that I don't like the idea of a 3D version of Summertime saga... but Anyway when I think about a 3D character the sister is like this...

her face looks way too small for her head, that one by DonRP was better looking IMO

No problem... but you made her older, she looks like can be the mom of the game.
To make a constructive comment.. your character have too much huge cheeckbone and too much depression of the cheek at first glance.
Because young people are less square and more round

Plus eyeliner in the low eye doesn't work well for the purpose
