It is not normal that save sizes increase if you do not save immediately after loading a save. Even if you get a larger save in between it should shrink with time passing by. But your saves seem to have become corrupted somehow.

hey i am using A Mac OS and I have been having this problem with trying to use this mod and Have tired using a clean install as well and am only using this mod here’s screen shot of the error message as well? Any you can to to help can won’t save any changes i make when trying to change mod setting?

Thing is, I don't have a Mac so I cannot support it directly. It appears that the folder where the mod tries to write the config file to is write-protected under MacOS.

Can you open the console in game (SHIFT-O) and type the following:

renpy.basedir​

then this:

renpy.gamedir​

See if renpy.gamedir points to some other path than renpy.basedir + "/game".

I think I got this one. You did not install clean, but just copied the mod files over the old version. That left some files which got removed by the mod.

In this case, you could delete game/scripts/characters/harold/layeredimage.rpy (and the corresponding *.rpyc) and everything should work. But in general, always remove the old mod before installing the new version.

OK, I checked your save. First, you should only save in MC's bedroom or in the main town map. Your save could not be loaded normally because you saved in the school hall.

However, once loading your save and sleeping one night, the first thing I saw someone in the shower, and it was Debbie. So no problem there.

As I said, sleep a night or two (or more, it's random) and you will meet Debbie in the shower. If not, I would suggest to try without other mods.

I saw this one (game/scripts/characters/harold/layeredimage.rpy) it's from mod V2.23..... so i did what you said & deleted this 2, & now is work.....

What minigame does it break? The shortcut for screenshots should be SHIFT-S, not S.

And does this mean you somehow solved that ascii conversion problem got the game running?

For ASCII, I didn't launch the game since my last reply. I don't really have time with class right now.

For the minigame, this is when you are fighting the big dude in school.
S key was always doing screenshots.
Fortunately "S" was not appearing everytime.

just uploaded a fresh-up of the mod.

Version 0.20.7-2.25:

• Added missing naughtification to repeated Roxxy trailer sex scene.
• Added parameter ALTER_KEYMAPPINGS to enable/disable the mod's altered keymappings and Android gestures.
• Made the town map and location screens much more responsive when skipping time and smooth daytime transitions are enabled (former parameter DAYCYCLE).
  • Replaced parameter DAYCYCLE by two new parameters DAY_DELAY and DAY_INTENSE, controlling duration and intensity of the transition effect.
  • Player does not have to wait until the transition is finished before he can interact with the game.
• Made leaving the game easier when it crashes during early start-up due to unrecoverable installation or script errors.

Hi. i wonder if you could help me. So i started playing the game a few days back. at start i chose "cheat" mode. and also i enabled roll back in UnRen. Now i have this bug where im getting called to Dianes house to help her in the garden where i get stuck in this loop where it says "i better talk to here about starting to work" and it does not help if i do talk to her about work first it sends me back to the same loop as i click on the "garden" i have helped her with some stuff already. Im also unable to leave if i go there. it says i just got there. I got this "fresh milk cartons" in my back pack wich i totally forgot what to do with. Also i've had small things, wich i think are bugs happening, example is when i talk to dexter about the book thats due a dialogue comes up after that should check his locker. And i've looked through all the lockers and nothing, and i guess he don't have a "hidden" locker some where? I also having problem finding Eriks book. wich i guess is some where in his house? i asked about it and last thing he remembered is that it's in his room. Looked everywhere.. Gaaaah!!!!122121

Anything you could do to fix my save?

i downloaded ur mod to see if it fixed something and it actually fixed one bug i had when i helpet Roxxy with getting her uniform wich otherwose would disable the map (gray it out unable to use)

So please if there is anything u could do?

Here is my save

Here you go. Your save had a couple of problems but they could be fixed without issue. I can give no guarantee that it does not contain any further bugs, though. You could have fixed it by yourself with the help of parameter LOAD_ERRORHANDLING btw.

However, please note the following, which is the official recommendation for saving in this game:

• Always save in the main town map or in MC's bedroom.
• Never save while in the middle of something (a quest, dialog, minigame etc.).

In addition, you should save often and in different slots. Also, rollback is not a good idea to be used excessively. Naughty Tribute Mod enables rollback itself but restricts it in a way to be more safe, i.e. it does not let you rollback accross some events like location, time or status changes.

Thanks a bundle. But could i ask u once more to look into something?
I've gotten quite far since then. avoiding the buggy parts. and now im stuck in another loop. i know nothing about fixin these things! Like where do i even start.

I've been to a bikini competition. and after that when i get back to school i just end up going to the auditorium again to find everything looping. Only this time the "bikini" is not where it should be. it's gone.. If you would be so kind and fix that for me?

And i will promise u ill take ur advice..

PS: this is still an old buggy save where everything is messy again. hope it's not to much problem for ye. And one more thing. when i try to get the file i get instantly linked to the content and not asked if i want to download the file.. Apologizing but yeah, not very good at these things
