I can't actually find a good answer on this one.
I would safely say that there is no correlation between liking incest fantasy and having incestous thoughts IRL.
If I where to make a guess I would say that first off it creates a setting of familiarity between 2 characters, if it's a mom and son then it's an easy way of establishing a bond, secondly it's a fantasy about doing something wrong but no one gets hurt in the fantasy or ever has to deal with the negative consequences so it's all about enjoying the taboo. Even if they get knocked up which is the reason we are put off incest IRL there will never be any complications.

- notifications : to display a clickable notification when DC goes online
- related websites: iirc, only picarto, summertimesaga.com, awesomo.io and kompasproductions.com (picarto for the stream alerts, and the rest are domains owned by us or members of the dev team)
- alarms : to repeat the check for DC being online every 60 seconds.

In terms of the incest fetish being popular, there's a few things I know that makes it good:
- It breaks taboos, possibly the most universal taboo in human history.
- It involves age gaps (unless sibling incest), which is a bit of a fetish in itself.

OMG those last 10% are going to kill me!!! And now that i've seen the new improvements to the animations and the art(Roxxy is so good lookin thank god we finally voted her in) i can't wait for The Principal, Dianne and everyone else that will get upcoming updates! Well, DC has improved old scenes and characters in the past so there's certainly a chance for that to happen at some point. If it's true that he has outsourced those animations to AEhentai it's even more likely in my opinion, though I wouldn't expect anything that soon.

It's not necessarily the thought of having sex with YOUR family that triggers incestuous thoughts. Think of it more along the lines of your best friend having a super hot mom or sister and you fantasize about them being your family and always being around them because that then makes it taboo, compared to just having sex with your hot neighbor.

No, there's no indication that would happen. He's adapted everything to their TOS and the incest patch worked very well last time (as long as one was patient enough to wait a few days). I guess noone is really happy about that but sadly patreon still seems to be the best platform out there.
Even though we are not particularly fond of the way patreon does things, which forced us to deeply change the game, there is no real alternatives to patreon out there that would allow our kind of content. So, while we can get support from patreon, we'll stick to it. If patreon decides to ban all adult content from their platform, then we'll go someplace else or host our funding ourselves. The issue is that we need money to live, and we're not sure our supporters would follow us to another platform, it's a big risk.
