Roxxy's whole arc is her realizing how wrong she was about the MC, and she genuinely likes him in the end. Kinda like Haley from Stardew Valley.

So, has anyone talked about why exactly they believe the update percentage dropped?
If you think about it, both the art and the writing were at 100% for quite some time with the posing and code always lagging behind. That would mean that even if the tasks were split up, it would still realistically be 100% complete for those two sections of the update.
I'm speculating that DC plans on releasing Rhonda's story alongside the tech upgrade, and that would mean he'd have to create the art for the sex scenes and whatnot, as well as Sploosh writing the dialogue for that portion of the story, hence the drop.
As it is, the update will add the arcade/bowling alley, the lighthouse, Missy's house, the bar and possibly the cabin in the woods. From what I understand from watching a few of the livestreams, DC will only have basic dialogue and no real interaction for these new areas, until he needs them for the dating storylines etc.
That would leave the rest of Judiths house to complete, possibly updating the apartment building with the homes of the mall characters, and maybe some of the teachers? Then there's the stadium and the rest of the museum, as well as the underground/dungeon storyline stuff for the Annie/Smith story.

It's been discussed several times in this thread in the past 3 weeks. It was announced in the October monthly status report from 31 Oct Patreon post that was copy/pasted here. #73,394
Basically - originally, tasks that could possibly take 1 day to complete were given the same weight toward completion percentage as those that could take 1 month. The updated progress chart supposedly evens this out to present a more accurate picture of what is left. Overall, there is pretty much the same stuff remaining to do as before, just measured differently.
There are a few differences that could be considered. The Art for example, when the posers work on things, they find that they are missing art ... also, yes, DC has decided to add some new locations. Same could be considered for the writing, as the code gets closer and closer to completion and old scenes are revisited, problems with the script and dialogue could have easily been found and they need to clean that up.
I would not speculate anything but the Tech update for the the tech update release. Adding anything beyond (such as R(h)onda content) adds even more time (because it's not only art and writing, but coding and posing that needs to be addressed) until a release than simply the tech update and the subsequent bug fixes that will need to take place before R(h)onda's update is released.
Players should only expect the Tech update, otherwise they could be severely disappointed.

How could anybody not already be severely disappointed? Before the tech "update" the game was great. You always felt like a cool update was right around the corner that would expand the story/gameplay. Everybody that is shitting on the dev right now are people that played the game and enjoyed the game and are frustrated with what it turned into. I do not understand the mindset of the defenders to come into this thread and write books on how actually everything is fine! It's so bizarre.
It's clear he finished the story and has no idea what to do now so he is dragging out this update as long as possible to hopefully think of something new to add to the game. Spoiler he won't the mythical Rhonda update will be what? one new path after a few years of nothing really new? it will be a giant let down. Every thing about the game going forward will be a severe disappointment from a once great game.

Thats the sad truth of it, the story was fine enough with how it was told and how it ended and I don't know how or why it would be continued. Also, weren't there new characters planned to be put in the game in future updates? (if they ever happen)
They had full designs created and its a shame to see them just go to waste.

Yeah I was off on that, Roxxy does like him.
I guess one thing that irks me about Roxxy is that one of her lines shows that she has trouble saying "I love you" to MC. While I think Eve and Liu just outright profess their love. So I consider them as more "genuine" candidates for the ending.

Has anyone been able to get unren to work properly on this game? I tried extracting rpa and decompiling the rpycs but I get an error when trying to run the game.

Considering how Roxxy grew up, it's not that strange that she's got trouble saying "I love you", especially if MC is actually the first guy to truly wiggle himself into her heart. Her and Eve are actually not so different in that both have a fear about being hurt, but they go about it way differently. While Eve is shy and introverted, Roxxy built up this bitchy facade she needs to get over, but the lack of facade is also why Eve is more honest with her love for MC.
Honestly, for how goofy the writing can be because porn game, there's a surprising amount of heart put into it here and there.

I had no issues with unren'ing this game and still being able to play it. Maybe try a different unren program/bat ?

Also, the dev gives the entire game for free to anyone and everyone directly on his website - which would you rather have for free if you didn't subscribe, the game or "info"?

Main story more or less, the Mc finds out what happened with his father and can get money for college but the school ball is still not in so 2 out of 3 of the main story is finished
