Nah not really. You need it for 2 characters quests but it doesn't do anything useful other than that. It's more of a nuisance in my opinion.
Yes, Debbie's story will have to be reworked at some point, given that after next update it'll contain much of the oldest art in the game and by now that really shows. Having said that, it'll be a painful update. Almost everything will have to be replaced and I wouldn't be surprised if it takes long and we'll have about the same number scenes as there are now + pregnancy in the end.
Yes, there's an incest patch and it seems to work quite well. I mean, it's only about some dialogs and not that much has changed since, indeed to the degree that I don't use patches at all. I've played the game too often before the patreon incest ban hit, that I'm automatically thinking about them as mom, sister and aunt and what ever they call themselves now doesn't really matter to me.
We'll get a dating system for the 6 school girls and DC said that Debbie may even be included as some kind of "MC doesn't find a date solution" into the prom. So it seems like there's a chance for a prom ending with Debbie.from this game maybe you can start a acual relationship with the girl you want maybe take your mom to prom XD
It disables that girl for several weeks. There are sets of small dialogues for each girl for each of four stages: showing, gravid, postpartum in the hospital, & holding the baby before they get sent to the daycare. then they are back to normal. Getting them pregnant again changes the dialogue a little bit. It's all pretty sexy imo even though there aren't sex scenes. I think there is one scene for Diane though since her route revolves around getting her pregnant, but I can't remember.
There's always incest patches to save the day, the design intention was obviously incest. Should have just gone the Snow Daze route where the game announces they are step sister/mother but just refer to each other as mother/son bro/sis but unfortunately Patreon continues to control what we get to fantasize about.

The next update is .20.5.1, not .21. The latter isn't coming any time soon, somewhere next year at the earliest.
Strictly speaking, Patreon can ban your devface simply for implying incest. And by incest they mean litterally anything and everything resembling family relations : blood/step/adopted/etc
Ah, I totally thought outbreak games was on patreon. That would explain some things. At least we have patches...
