Personally I stand by the idea that the game should have a girl inside of it that is already pregnant by the time we can start a route or story with her. The biggest problem with the game is pregnancy. Not counting the incredibly slow and obviously dragged out release schedule.
Mustang focused on pregnancy it's not that it has it but that it's way of handling it is just completely half-hearted at best it doesn't really give us pregnant sex scenes like it should. Which kind of defeats the whole point of it. It feels almost thrown in for the sake of a tag.
My recommendation is just to make a girl that is already pregnant so that's the focus of her content to try to help with this. There is actually a girl already in game that is good for this but I want to know if anyone else agrees that maybe it could be a good idea to do this before I offer who it could be.

I foresee one issue with this:
Insecure people with small peepees would cry about it being NTR because we didn't knock her up.

I'd rather them just add some content to the girls you can already knock up. Every girl should have at least on preggo sex scene, even if it's just an edit of an existing one. It seems pretty apparent to me that pregnancy is on the backburner and likely no ones kink on the dev team so if they did a character solely focused on it I fear she likely wouldn't be done "properly" and be a waste.

I don't like that idea, but only because i would only ever want to have sex with a pregnant woman if the child is mine or because we're talking about a game, the mc's. That's also why i don't watch pregnancy porn. Like imagine you find a video of your mom getting creampied by some random dude while you were in her stomach. I'd love to see something like this, but I know DC would make all the scenes doggy style or some other angle where you can't see the tits leaking milk or the belly bouncing up and down like he's done with most of the busty/thick chicks so far so he doesn't have to bother drawing realistic large breast/belly movement from a frontal angle. It's been super fucking annoying and has killed so many build ups for me in the game. The last build I completed though was part 1 of the main story so maybe he's done some full frontal scenes with a busty character since then. If so and someone wants to confirm, don't tell me who, just say yes or no.

2) Well I personally would care and I would imagine a fair bit of people would. There's just something depraved about it that turns me off. That's how I see it though and if you think differently, whatever.
3) Don't speak for another person, they said people with small peepees and that's what I'm going to take that as. If they want to step in and clarify so be it. It's ironic you put it as insecurity, when it seems you are plagued by the very same thing my friend.
Of course you don't have to self insert, but many choose to and that is what a lot of creators want you to do. And saying that you wouldn't want to insert oneself into an action, horror, or porn movie is pretty stupid. And besides, self-insertion has little if anything to do with it. Now this might be a novel concept to one such as yourself, but some people just simply don't like a certain fetish or genre. And that has nothing to do with being insecure or an issue of self insertion, just simply preference. Going by your logic, where insecurity and self insertion is the driving concern, everybody should enjoy watching scat porn or bestiality porn so long as they're not insecure or self inserting themselves into those mediums.
I'm afraid your logic is flawed and makes little sense overall. Like what you like my friend, but don't be insecure and belittle people for not sharing your views.
