The Tech update is about making the game widescreen, so it involves widening every background of the game. Therefore, the art is actually a lot more work. But that's what I think. Coding shouldn't be too much of an issue, I think.

I think on my playthrough I must have disabled the futa/trans content, and was wondering if there is a way to enable it without starting new?

One should keep in mind that the tasks don't really reflect the actual workload. I haven't seen the most recent patron task overview, but I'm pretty sure that most of the tech tasks are indeed just rewiring the old backgrounds to the new ones. As such they'll probably be finished rather quickly once the art is done. The same will probably be true for the posing tasks, too.
I don't think so but in cookie jar you can rewatch the scenes with trans enabled.
Be advised with "Literotica" that it's on level of fanfic sites and it's amature writes posting stories there and some stories are rubbish.

As stated, the tech update will have to recode the new 16:9 backgrounds with whatever new pose/girl/anything DC had to redraw. On top of a giant list of behind-the-scenes engine stuff to make saves forward compatible and other stuff. Check the wiki/poll to have an exhaustive list of junk getting updated

you guys are probably right, any guess when the tech update might be finished? is august this year too optimistic? i'm kinda losing my hope that we're getting the rhonda update this year

August was my optimistic hope but I'm not really sure they'll manage that. Most of the hard and large locations seem to be done and I've really no idea how fast they'll be able to wrap everything up after DC finishes the art.
But I'd agree, that even now the chance to get a Ronda update this year is small. It'll surely take 4,5 to 5 months, so we can do the maths.

Took 3 months for lewd batch 1, should take the same for lewd batch 2, then another 4+ for the code part. No way we'll see R(h)onda this year. We might get her around April next year (big if), then Annie's around August and maybe Judith for Xmas 2022. That's being generous and without any random "0.5 bugfix patch" that take a month to release in-between

I'm not into the preggo stuff, but as a goof I created a save where I got all 14 preggables stuffed at the same time over like 4 or 5 game-days. I think that should merit a trophy, if only for MC stamina reasons.
I haven't played through their terms yet, but I'm wondering how the game handles it, since there are only 4 rooms in the Summerville Hospital maternity ward. I guess there's only a maximum of 4 pregs than can happen on any one day (Jenny is the only currently preggable character I can think of that you can boink in the late night time slot (...........hehe, 'slot'...........), so I think that's the only way of having 4 birthdays on the same day.

I'd seriously consider buying a Dark Cookie licensed fleshlight. The 'Debbie', or the 'Tammy', or the 'Helen', etc. Could be a fun way to play along with the game.

Can only speak for myself, but the attraction to incest is completely unique to gaming and live-action porn - I'm not hiding a secret lust for my own mom and seeking a vicarious outlet for that, but for sure the taboo aspect is the turn on for me. So the characters having a recognition of the 'wrongness' of their actions is vital. If you just horn dog it, there's no real distinction between an incest game and a game where you just boink ladies. ('roommates', etc) Proceeding despite the ethical and moral taboo is the attraction. Just making it an exercise of 'sex-as-a-verb' is dull. Some games do it better than others (I think that's one of the main reasons why I like SS so much), and some games start off doing it well and then trail off (Dating My Daughter has gotten a bit trite imo).

I'd say that's just a problem in general when it comes to incest. Once the taboo is (finally) broken, there's not that much to do that would specifically cater to those who like the incest. The tension is just gone when after watching the 8th, 9th or 10th scene.
In SS it's good because it's kinda limited and because there's no huge focus on it even within these stories. At least I like the fact that neither Diane nor Jenny seem to care that much about it. It's just a good amount for the average player.
Yeah I think the Taboo part is what I dig. The fact that its "wrong" but you can do it anyways. I kind of also like how Jenny gets jealous of the MC and his other love interest. Kind of wish they would build that out more, but from reading this thread it kind of sounds like Jenny is done for a while.
I had 10 of them preggo once the same week if I remember right and they just kind of take turns. Your phone blows up in the morning for a few weeks also.
