At least the art for the new UI has been done for quite some time, this is what it's more or less going to look like:

It's really only relevant for those on mobile, where 4:3 starts to become really uncomfortable, now that new smartphones have ratios around ~20:9. But given, that south east asia seems to be one of DC's biggest markets, the number of official downloads for android seems to be larger than those for PC. I haven't heard him talking about it for a long time though, so that may or may not have changed since I've heard it.

If it has, it would shift only more toward mobile. Gaming is moving more and more to mobile-first development because worldwide consumer spending on games (all, not just adult) shows that mobile spending is more than PC, console, and handheld spending, combined.

There is not expected to be any more pre-tech, per DC, to focus on the tech update. Pre-techs took time from and added more work to the tech update. Also, people on here bitched it wasn't enough content in pre-techs, people on here bitched it wasn't the tech update, people on here bitched it wasn't their waifu getting pre-tech content, people on here bitched the pre-techs were too few, people on here were too many, people on here pre-techs took too long... etc. So I mean, I can understand DC just saying "fuck it" to pre-tech updates.

how to keep the old saves and gallery of any game when i need to download the new version or update of that game ? iam talking about any game not summertime in particular

I know I will probly be repeating but I havent followed the game for awhile. As far as I can see the tech updates has some good changes (in my opinion) however my question is will they be finished tech update soon or is it going to take awhile? Cuz asfar as I'm aware it's already like 8 months mayne for all the tech stuff or I'm wrong?

It's been over 2 years and no one knows (including the developer) how soon or late it will be for the release. But it's still free for you to play directly from the developer, if you wish, when it is.

Already 2 years damn I guess I haven't payed that much attention obviously lol. Then hopefully soon we can expect the update cuz for 2 years its really too long for the tech update. But let's not forget the content of the game and overall changed they had to make.

That's not being implemented in the tech update. Not unless DC has somehow changed Stray's mind. Back when he was drawing all this he wanted to add a UI overhaul alongside the tech update, then Stray had to explain to him that it'd be unfeasible to add all of that on top of everything else going into the tech update without bloating the dev time even further and so at the moment the UI update has been shelved for the time being.

Oh and in progress news one of the posers finished their assigned route. techupbat.png

Apart of new location, bigger map, revamp of the art and scenes what new things we will be there in the tech update when it will be out ?

See #10 in my FAQ in the post directly above yours. It's a tech update, no new content is expected.

There are TWO links for the same patch and is the latest and works for all content at this time - just with different names. If one doesn't work for where you live, try the other. (aka: see #3 in my FAQ I posted just 3 messages above yours)

I tried the other one which is 20.12 but it is inconsistent , some dialog/lines are confusing, because it still says that when talking to Debbie , MC called her mom but still refer to her husband , not dad. There are some dialog about Dad too, where MC refer to Debbie as his father's friend . I can't also download 20.5 because of wupload which I believe also doesn't work in some asian countries even if I already tried using VPN

It's the same file. The files listed as for 20.12 and 20.5 are the same thing. They only have different names. So you'd have the same problem with the other one. They are named differently and uploaded by a different user because people kept asking (and still keep asking) if the patch works for the current version.

YES. They do. There has been no added content between v0.20.5 and v0.20.16 that would be affected by the patch. Is the patch perfect? Nope, because its a fan built patch and fans make mistakes and miss things just like developers do.

I had my notepad++ compare the text of the two files so I could take a screenshot for people to see --- there's no difference.

You could always try one of the MODS listed in the front page to see if they have a better option.
