If you played through v21.0.0-wip.5003 - there isn't any reason to download wip.5091 if you are looking for content. This is mostly a visuals update - much of it focused on the UI for buttons, phone, and the character directory in the phone. The hints for the tasks are updated so that when you click the task it gives you more detail for what you need to do to complete it. See video below for examples:
