You take random assets and mash them together (like dem fan art we've seen around), the quoted dude might want a purely new scene 100% made from scratch, which mods won't do since they're not DC and can't make new stuff from nothing

I may say that I did a bit more than that. I added a completely new angle for the Maria storage room scene. Of course, I took what the game provided and modified it, but I also created some in-between frames to make it a smooth animation. The pregnant bellies and cum overlays in other scenes as well as the hairy option for some of the girls also require some attention when it comes to animations.

The game provides boobs and dicks, so a boob job would not be the big thing.

thats my bad, I should have been more clear. I meant this game is dead in spirit. its been years with no update, the dev knows he can glide by with no repercussions. Id be shocked if this game ever had shorter updates again. This is basically the Madden of porn games lol.

A mod told me that deleting my account was the only way to prevent them from continuing to warn or suspend over the same issue from three years ago, so I had to create a new one.

1. as far as i know he suggested the tech update in the first place
2. he works full time
3. judging by the progress the update is making he was also the more skilled coder

yes i know DC would never do this, i'm just saying if he gave a shit about his patreons there would be solutions to speeding up development

He did hire 2 new posers for most of 2022, so DC cared enough to get more dudes. AFAIK, dogeek ran away of his free will (probably got tired of the trash code he had to work with). Might have to go ask on the Picarto. And get banned

As said before, the issue doesn't seem to be coding, but mainly the time it takes to repose every asset in the game. Given how the tracker works, a coding task won't/can't be completed, before the corresponding posing task is done.

Next to that I think that Dogeek's way of working would be especially bad for the tech update, given that he never really seemed to have bothered to actually test his code beyond some very basic stuff, before they released the updates.

I got robbed of a few # updates, cause he linked to it instead of posting it again and increase the #. We should be at ~80 by now. But since he cheated, the wager is nulled and I keep my $. On top of that sweet sweet shilling $ DC gives me everytime I post in here

Not trying to be a dick pointing this out, just legitimately curious at this point? What year did the tech update start? Like I can't even remember anymore if was it 2020. 2019? 2018?! I don't think it was that far back, and there have been pretty regular content releases during the update, but I'm honestly not sure when it started anymore...

Serious question. Does anyone truly believe that the code refactoring involved in the tech update will actually improve the speed of updates, as was suggested at the outset? I'm sure the intention was to reshape the codebase into something more sleek and easy-to-debug so that the production of new quests could be smoother and quicker to test, but if we're being honest surely we all expect it to be equally cumbersome to dev for, just in different ways?
