Patches and mods do not work with the 9 day old v0.21.0. It's FAR too early to expect any patch or mod because of the many changes to the code and variables. You can rename the two characters to something more familial, use your imagination, or make your own patch.
It could be a long time before a patch is available for the content you are seeking. It could even be a very long time.

Obviously, but on default sorting you get lots of results with mods for the game, or fan threads, or "looking for games like X" before the actual game thread in my experience.
Let me get this straight. The dev spent their time making a new source code and it only has 1st school day, new locations, Debbie content and Jenny's content? Instead of using the time to add the locations into the already fine game? Waste of time if you ask me.

They are not protected. That is the common misconception.
There is no such thing as "protection" against copyright infringement cases. There are affirmative defenses which can be made in a legal setting - but if an IP holder decides to make a claim of infringement, simply saying "its a porn parody" does not stop the action. It still requires legal decisions which a respondent would need to show that their work transforms the original in such a way that it does not infringe on the rights of the IP holder (parody, education, or similar possible defense). That requires legal counsel, discovery, depositions, and the like should the IP decide to take the respondent through the full steps should the respondent fail to cease and desist in their actions.
Most respondents cannot afford legal counsel and all the fees that go with defending their claims and typically cease their work when challenged by IP holders.
