How about you try being less of an insensitive asshole regarding someone having a death in the family? Some families are close and have strong bonds. And most of the staff on the game already have jobs.
Think about this. Their family member died when they also have to deal with work, other family members as well as their own grief. Now, they have no time to grieve because they MUST work on a game that you cannot wait for. With your statement, you come across as very entitled with absolutely no empathy.
This is a porn game, not your life. Give the men and women who work on the game a chance to make it right before you make yourself sound even more cold-hearted.

As to "blue balling", how about solving the problem with your own two hands instead of relying on other people to solve your own testicular issues? SMH.

For the record, that death in the family HAD been mentioned here, at least a few times, I know I have mentioned it at least once myself and I heard it third hand. This was very knowable if anyone had bothered to read before complaining, but no, that is far too much trouble, it's just too easy complain and bitch because it isn't ready when you want it to be. You are not the project leader, you don't set the deadlines, even if you are one of the investors.
Quality work takes time, and considering the estimation is 3-4 months, they are right on schedule despite the delays. If the thousands of other games are not enough for you, then I encourage you to make your own, not only will you get the game you want, but it will fill all the free time you have to complain about.

I wonder how many people more you will "kill in the future(if only you had said that someone died and it made you work slower because of depression, now this is a lie with straight face). When one of us - adults - dies, we don't take more than a day or two leave from work because we would be fired, but adolescence is the leading motif on this project, apparently.

Even without the emotional toll that death in the family takes, which is absolutely draining, it probably never crossed your mind that there's a ton of organizing with the funeral and lawyering to do that all takes time. Now, add to that a regular day job and you won't have the time or the energy to cater to entitled a-holes like you make yourself seem with your unwarranted attack.
I suggest you take a step back and take a hard look into your priorities, if you're this bent out of shape by a tragedy taking it's toll on one of the devs making this game.

I guess it really is a testament to the quality and popularity of this game, that people seem to be at pretty high levels of anxiety waiting for the update to drop. Some even going as far as outright attacking one of the devs for a family tragedy, and others complaining about the schedule overall, even though the schedule's been agreed upon a long time ago and the update is well within that schedule. :O
I don't think I've seen this level of complaining or anxiety aside from triple A titles in quite a while.

I don't know the limitations of the game engine they are currently using. Why are you acting like an asshole? I just said I hope there was an option like that in the future. And 4-5 months to draw mc clothes? What are you a fucking preschool artist? I just thought that it may be possible to create a code that can easily swap the mc's clothes. No need to be a fucking sarcastic asshole.

First of all, it was a joke. So, calm down.

Secondly, DC was asked this on stream. More than once. Guess what? he answered that he should redraw all of the scenes involving MC. DC would REDRAW ANYTHING INVOLVING THE MC.

As mentioned, it almost certainly won't happen. There's a good reason why there are not fancy clothes anywhere in the game, it's just too much work to draw and to adapt them.

Else some weeks/months for some sets of clothes are certainly realistic. Unlike games which use 3d renders or other systems, you can't just create the new clothes and replace them "somwhat automatically" by just letting your hardware rerender everything or making the game work it out, but you'd have to redraw not only every charactersprite (which could indeed work if DC had adapted the system) but more so every cut scene which is already in the game right now and which will be in the game in the future. That's why it's almost 100% certain that MC's clothes will never change, except maybe for certain scenes. It's just too much work for very little gain. The same goes for hairstyles etc. as well.

DC has 50k money and most of the staff on the game already have jobs.
DC makes his own company and still, the employees need to have additional jobs to earn money ...Who has a contract whit the dude ?... does he outsource everyone...Is he paying them in sticks or skittles?

DC said some days ago that he's thinking about introducing a new bar/system just for bug testing. So the 3 bars would likely move to 100% and then we'd have another one just for the different stages of testing. Maybe that's indeed not the worst idea.

All joking aside, it makes for an interesting scenario, and here is what I'd think could happen if we were to extrapolate on that:

Considering how transparent DC is in terms of the development (progress bar, drawing streams with random questions answered, discord etc.) this would be such a harsh shift that I'm assuming this would quickly turn into a PR nightmare. Not only is this game well known, many know that the last bit is always the hardest.

By doing something like this, his fanbase would most likely be split. On the one hand, you'd have a good chunk of losses, since if you go all out to make the development as transparent as possible, people that are interested in the product will not take lightly to the shift of behaviour, others might not like the time it takes to progress (Oh let me tell you how programming in python is a bitch). On the other hand, the remaining supporters would become incredibly hostile towards outsider comments, as they did support DC and will keep supporting him for whatever reason that would be.

now that you have brought this up it actually raises an interesting question; could DC pull off a toby fox? (the creator of undertale, who has basically released a demo for his game and made a kickstarter, reached his goal, and then went on for about almost 3 years to make the full game). do you think something like that would work in an industry like this?
how do you think it would affect the game and the community it has if he got the initial dev movey and went AWOL till he delivered an equivalent of undertale in the adult game industry?

im not saying that the method right now isnt working but just this "what if?" scenario sounds really cool as an alternate universe and hopefully this gives people something to talk about for a while

One thing I highly suspect is that DC is not paying enough for devs to minimize the breaks.. DC always says he doesn't care about the money but is he giving enough motivation for his devs to deliver better ?

First. People, please don't take the "Progress bar" too seriously. This thing is from my POV what we call here in slang a "Mäusekino"(direct trans would be mouse-cinema). Its the name for some gimmick that measures something and
a) is not very exact at it
b) if you look at it you don't see that much
c) you're not sure if it measures what you think.
Sound about right, or?

Second thing i noticed was/is the issue with the code tasks done segment, who went 1 backward and some persons did a temper tantrum.
I think the answer could be really simple. I guess they got the task done, fixed the bugs and "thought" it works. So the task was closed and the bar went one up to 35/36. After this they realized "ups, doesn't work" -> reopened, it went back to 34. Happens. And understandable. No need to cry Armageddon.

The update will come, we will cry about unfixed bugs and regardless of this we will have a good time. A day or 5 more is not the end. Nice day people.
