I don't think he really thought it through before he posted that's all. Being able to move people into the beach house is not a bad idea, all in all, but that probably was the plan to begin with. It's going to be bigger than Roxxy's update. Compare to her update there will be more story, more encounters, more places to visit and possibly more sex scenes also pregnancies. Be patient and focus on other things. At the end the game is free, worth to wait for it.
