The plumming works, the walls are up and the heating works, and everything is water tight. All that's left to do is make it more presentable. Not that it isn't a lot of work but even in your analogy most of the work is already


done.

Again, this isn't how patreon development works.

You promise X and you deliver X, because that's what (some) people are giving you money for. You don't get to pretend that Y is fine too, especially not if it's like 60% of the X you promised. It's really that simple.

So no, it's not done by any reasonable standard and it really doesn't matter, if some random dude, who is playing the game, may think it's ok like it is.

And you are in the extereme minority that do. When it comes to the point that those storylines are so minor that most people don't remember they exist then they arent really that improtant. Sorry If it's not the content you want. It doesnt mean the game isn't mostly done. Because it is. Why most of the recent updates are tech updates

I can only repeat what others said. If you want to make sure, just join DC's stream tomorrow and ask him, what he thinks about the game being close to be done.

Patreon has polls for what gets what content. If 80% of the work is done and all that's left is the work that people have showed the less interest in as well as polishing pre existing content. Then again it's mostly done. That's reasonable. And once more I never said it's finished but that it's mostly complete and what's left is minor compared to what's already there.


Don't see what your problem is. I'm not saying it's finished even though x and y arent done. I said it's mostly complete bcause all that's left is x and y. DC already delivered most of what the patreons wanted even if it's not what you wanted.


The problem is you keep acting as if I'm saying the game is complete because you are upset that the content that you msotly care about isn't there, but that's not what I'm actually said if you took time to read my replies. Mostly does not mean complete. Mostly means the majority of it is complete

Just to add to this. By DC and his team's own standard excactly two (main) characters have more or less completed routes and these are Eve and Jenny. Just to show you, how different people see these things. So don't be surprised if people continue to disagree with you.

I never said it was finished. I said most of the main content is done. That doesn't include tech updates and extra scenes

I hate to be "that guy" that won't read through the comments looking for my answer, but this thread is quite different, and so rather than read through every single comment on the fight over whether this game is done or not, can someone tell me if the Mods work for v0-20-14. I've tried several times, but each time I add all the mods, the game quits if I open the map.

You should ask the mod makers about their mods in their own threads where you download their mods.

You also never heard of batch #5, which isn't the complete tech build, which doesn't appear on the tracker. Nice try, you almost had something. 1st quoted dude also fumbled himself with "update" and not "5-6 scenes jumbled together so Patrons can pass time while they wait for the re-coding"
