debbie needs that update, if you restart the game it seems like a broken game (2 different art styles). DC should fix first what there already is (like hes doing with this tech update like you said) instead of adding new content

Changing the old art would likely benefit the game, especially when it comes to Debbie. But it looks like he doesn't want to give her any special treatment. As such she's still included in the regular polls and she'll get her rework once she's won one of those. So unless something unannounced happens, she'll stay as she is for at least ~2 years.
These "reworks" simply aren't popular, as was shown by Diane and Jenny. They take time and after everything is done, it feels like there's little to nothing new happening.
But yes, he probably should have added at least one "reworks only poll" somewhere between Ronda, Annie and Judith.

No one knows. The developer hasn't responded to any inquiries in the past two years. They aren't available online in any way. The website hasn't been updated in 2-3 years. No one is ever on the discord. The Patreon is silent. Heck, except for a few random posts on this thread every other week or so, no one ever even talks about this title anymore. It's a shame, really. Could have been great. Could have been the number 1 adult game for years.
