You're missing the new 0.20.16 Soviet girls, and some of the "no content" have 1 scene
I don't count a one off scene like Judith's bathroom stuff as content. And I just googled a tier list, and used the one I found. Didn't even realize they were missing which should tell you how memorable I find them.

While I respect your opinion not putting Eve in S tier is grounds for execution... in minecraft
Putting Odette in C is also a crime, let's be honest... But what I find problematic about tier lists like this is separating the character and the content/lewd content that currently exists, and being consistent on which one you are ranking. Examples:
June. Good potential as a character, definitely enough for C tier and possibly even B. Content currently existing though is all around a solid F tier, unfortunately.
Mia. Has potential to be S tier, on par with Eve, but current content is a D at best as far as lewds go, C+ or B for the story content.
Even Eve is this, in a way. S tier girl and story, lewd content though only barely goes up to A tier if you squint, possibly B+ due to a low amount of scenes.

I agree. Putting June and Helen in the same list with Roz doesn't seem that right. Ivanka near Mia is also a big no no for me.
I put June in a low tier because I ain't doin the homeboy Eric like that. Odette is higher tier than she should be because of Grace imo. Mia is a good character that is wrapped in one of the worst storylines in game unfortunately for her otherwise she is the "girl next door" type. I can sort of forgive Eve having a somewhat smaller amount of scenes considering the "variance" in her storyline and the fact that, when the game gets there, she is 100% who I'm taking to prom.
June Roz and Helen are in the same category because I dislike choosing those routes. For June and Helen you essentially gotta cuck people, and homie don't play that. As for Mia she is, unfortunately, part of imo the worst storyline in game which holds her back considerably. Though I would say Mia is top tier average while Ivanka would be bottom tier average.
