Is she handled properly though? She's beyond cliche and has barely any depth to her other than being a psycho bitch for no reason whatsoever.
I would've like her more if she acted a bit more normal when she does warm up to MC, and if she would've been somewhat submissive in the dom route. Essentially just better writing.

To be fair, I don't think this warming up part was ever really meant to be part of her story, but because they added these choices which lead to nothing, it kinda feels like it should be. But at least in my mind, that role has been mostly occupied by Roxxy and probably by Ronda/Annie to some degree, too.
Just like so many other characters, a proper choice (or no choice) in her story would have been good. So you'd have a branch, where she's actually dominating MC and one where MC clearly has the upper hand and she's got the submissive part. I think especially the first part would be much closer to what her role in the game was supposed to be.
So yeah, especially in her case I don't really get why they never elaborated these parts. It's not like they'd really require a lot of additional art or such.

By your logic 90% of characters are not handled properly since almost every route and character are cliche and barely have depth, so what's your point? (Only Eve's route and the main plot have a semblance of depth.)
Jenny doesn't need a reason for anything, people are getting what they want from her: Taming her and dominating her. And she is somewhat submissive in the dom route, have you been playing with your eyes closed?
Jenny being the most popular character proves she is handled properly to an extent. What DC did with her has been successful. People don't care about this supposed depth and writing she's apparently lacking, they are more than happy with her the way she is.

To be fair, there's a bit of history to it. Jenny's character was popular back when there was still incest in the game. As such she had a lot of content before the reworks started. She simply benefits from being one of the very first characters to get content and isn't necessarily the most popular one.
The comparison between her and Eve/the main story is actually kinda the point. Jenny's story is supposed to be pretty much done, just as those two you mentioned (and unlike others which are meant to be reworked) but it still feels somewhat incomplete in comparison.
I'm very aware that the game isn't supposed to elaborate fetishes in depth, but in Jenny's case it really feels unnecessarily shallow at times. Especially if you consider the choices, which in return hardly make a difference.
If I had to guess, people with to much money that forgot they had a recurring subscription and can not be bothered to check.

While there is a few, they are an extreme minority. It's common sense to always check your bank balance and look at what you've bought, so a huge majority of people do this. So most people who are patrons are knowingly spending money on him.
Even if you don't check your bank account a lot, you can know if you are still paying by reading your emails, or checking what current subscriptions you have.

Sure, I'd like to see better writing overall, that doesn't take away from Jenny's bad writing though. My point still stands, I don't think her bitchy persona is handled properly at all. I'm not asking for Oscar worthy writing here, just something better than the juvenile shit we have now. It will only make the game more satisfying.
I was just trying to have a discussion about the actual game for once, but you're clearly taking this the wrong way.

You asked if Jenny was handled properly, I'm trying to tell you that yes, she objectively is. Because she fulfilled her character archetype. And people are happy with it, that's all that really matters. The route isn't well written, but I don't find it bad either. She was never set up for for a deeper storyline. Sure, I'd like to see more depth like you but my point is it's not really necessary for someone like her / storyline like hers.
We have two very different views on well handled characters - Yours is based on how good the character's writing is and mine is how well received the character is regardless of writing. It's your opinion if you didn't like the writing and that's fine, but questioning if she's well-handled when she's such a successful character? C'mon.

I'm not talking about a deeper storyline, I'm talking about depth when it comes to fulfilling her archetype. If people are happy with what they got with Jenny, then that's good. But you also have to keep in mind that she isn't necessarily popular because of how the archetype is handled, but because that archetype is the best we're gonna get and isn't generic relative to the whole game. Or simply because she's hot and it's incest.
I just think her role as a big sister bully being tamed/charmed is being held back by shitty and one dimensional writing. I get what you're saying though, her character not being a vanilla girl most likely makes her more popular. That doesn't mean she's handled well in my opinion.

Because you said something blatantly wrong and I wouldn't have responded so bluntly. You said you would like if Jenny was somewhat submissive in the dom route, implying she wasn't, which is wrong. She is clearly a little submissive on the dom route. She gives in to MCs demands and enjoys it.
It is precisely the fact that Jenny's archetype is handled well that made Jenny popular. Same for Roxxy. Most people aren't going to like a mean girl for the sake of it, there has to be a certain degree of well-handled character in there to make them so successful.
That archetype is not really the best, it's actually polarising and even a little controversial considering how some people still whine about Jenny. The nice girl archetype is more popular like Eve or even Judith. Again, she's not carried by her archetype or even incest (otherwise Debbie and Diane would be just as popular as her), she's just handled well.
