You played at least v0.20.0 from May 2020. Maybe something newer, but based upon your qualification of being able to have sex with Maria, it's not older than that.

You've got a while to wait for v21.0.0 to catch up to that point with the migration of old content into the tech update. Quite a while to wait.

You could play v0.20.16 to play most of all the content available, if you want. The decision is yours.

To make a better informed decision, you could go to download page on the developer's website to read the comparison between the v0.20.16 stable version and the v21.0.0-wip.5091 preview version and then download for free from the developer's links there.

The traceback says you have "patch_tech_update.rpy" as the patch, not the patch from 20.12 found here.

If you are playing v0.20.16, using the naughty mod for v0.20.16 and the patch labeled v0.20.12 - then,

Remove both the mod and the patch and try the ATM again. If it crashes, I recommend going to the developer's discord and asking in their help channel (if there is one).

If it doesn't crash, first add back the patch and try the ATM again. If it crashes, don't use the patch anymore.

Then add back in the mod and try the ATM again. If it crashes, go into the thread for the naughty mod and seek help from the mod's developer.

If it doesn't crash, hey, keep playing.

Historically when you are an artists 'patron' it means you fund them with the hope that that investment turns into something good but it isn't an expectation. Patrons stop funding if they don't get what they want out of that investment.

I think it's great that you have the gift of philosophical interpretation and an interest in history. But historically, the word patron comes from the Latin patronus. In ancient Rome, a patronus was someone who provided support and protection for a client, usually in return for loyalty and services. In an artistic context, patronage became particularly important during the Renaissance. This is why Italy is full of art and sculptures...if everyone had been as “industrious” as DC ... Florence would look like a collection of empty underground garages.

But we live in 2024, I'm not DeMedici and DC is certainly no Leonardo DaVinci. I mainly support projects on Patreon, but I don't fund permanent vacations. And you can expect your “patron” to kick you in the butt if you just lie around lazily and don't keep your promises. Perhaps you will at least recognize in my criticism the tendency to maintain this tradition.
