If you want to see and play the game as the tech update is built, yes.

Real talk, a 10 person team could take 5-10+ hours of HR work a week when you consider stuff like payroll and benefits etc. Under normal circumstances, a company would probably hire a vendor that provides hr to multiple small companies.
