The fact that people don't know how to cound kinda bothers me. The update was released 5 months ago not 6.
where do you people get these numbers from? are there still 200 bugs to fix or what?we almost get 200 bugs lol
No. There's 157 fixed out of 193.where do you people get these numbers from? are there still 200 bugs to fix or what?
Yeah, and each and every of those 193-157=200 bugs will format your harddisc, drink your last beer and boink your wife.No. There's 157 fixed out of 193.

so there is still 36 bugs to fix? on discord there are 5 or so QA testers online right now. could this mean the release is today? also why is the writing not at 100% yet?No. There's 157 fixed out of 193.

DC and Sploosh both said 2 days ago that right only testing is left. That said, according to Dogeek a bug can be everything from real bugs to small posing errors which are fixed within minutes. So we don't really know how much work there's left and how many addtional testing runs they have planned. I think by now it's safe to say that it won't happen today, but sometime next week.so there is still 36 bugs to fix? on discord there are 5 or so QA testers online right now. could this mean the release is today? also why is the writing not at 100% yet?
Spoken like someone who doesn't understand programming. Having an engine that does some of the work for them does not take away the complexity and intricacies of programming. For every bug they fix they add 15 more. Hahahahahahahaha!
IT'S FUCKING RENPY! How are they fucking up the code so badly? This is even more hilarious than the fact they didn't know how to add saves when saves are a LITERALLY IN-BUILT MECHANIC OF RENPY! Hahahahaha!
Most people count from the November update, not the December update since the December update was two minutes long. The fact that people don't know how to cound kinda bothers me. The update was released 5 months ago not 6.
I mean, the update included a new character, 3 small quests, pregnancy and one sex scene. There are still quite a few games out there who'd call that a regular update. Most people count from the November update, not the December update since the December update was two minutes long.
At this point, I'm wondering if using the modularity of C++ isn't more optimal than renpy.Spoken like someone who doesn't understand programming. Having an engine that does some of the work for them does not take away the complexity and intricacies of programming.
lol theres no way DC is releasing the update before getting his May paymentcould this mean the release is today?
I'd guess because one wouldn't expect anybody who is just a little reasonable to go completely nuts over 4 or 5 additional days? I'm personally always surprised how some people can literally lose their shit over one or two weeks here and there when the whole development of this game will certainly last 4 or 5 years. I mean, it's not like DC is wasting his time, it's just coding and stuff which doesn't matter anyway in the overall time frame. Why don't they test the game with placeholders again?
All of which took two minutes and the sex scene was a copy paste.I mean, the update included a new character, 3 small quests, pregnancy and one sex scene. There are still quite a few games out there who'd call that a regular update.
Things can change quite drastically once final assets are added. For a team of amateurs, which DC's team most certainly is, it might more trouble for them than it's worth. Especially since they'd have to test the game all over again after implementing said final assets. Why don't they test the game with placeholders again?
The update was released november 23rd. Now lets count, December, January, February, March AND April. 5 Months. If somehow by May 23rd the update isn't released yet, then it will be 6 months. Most people count from the November update, not the December update since the December update was two minutes long.

Bro, it's fucking Python, what complexity? LMAO!Spoken like someone who doesn't understand programming. Having an engine that does some of the work for them does not take away the complexity and intricacies of programming.
The save compatibility between versions.?
Last time I played I'm pretty sure I used the save/load function
C++ is made to create any game. So when your [VN module engine] is ready, you'll just have to add pictures or animation, sounds and texts. And if you want to add interactive minigame, you just code it and included it as a complementary module.Wait....
