First of: nice blogpost
Second: they're making drip updates every two months, slowly adding back the content. So far we have Jenny all done, and Debbie is at maybe 2/3rd now at best and halfway at worst (depends on how the Diane threesome is counted, because that's two routes combined).

this game is literally the biggest mystery ive ever seen. im actually truly baffled that people are still subbing to his patreon, when I personally cant think of a single valid excuse for this horrible mismanagement of time and resources! yet DC acts like hes perfectly on schedule, as far as i've seen! the man literally clocks in like 100 hours late, every day, at his job! not even the biggest AAA companies wouldve gotten away with such a grand heist DC pulled. DC is so good at scamming that EA is taking notes. in fact when DC went to the shark tank, all four sharks ended up subbing to his patreon, which is still considered the worst investment they will ever do. When Chuck Norris went to DC to pull a chuck norris- dc said: "GET DC'd kid", which was the first time chuck norris got chuck norris'd in history, although its called DC'd now.

What I don't understand at all are the other locations, the lighthouse, the forest cabin, the biker bar Rondas story pictures, everything has been finished for two years or more, and none of this will come into play in the near future?!? and then when the time comes he tells us that he has to redo everything because the style doesn't suit him anymore...he should lose all his subscribers at once...we're really unlucky that this game is from a family father It's done without motivation and not by real "nerds" who are up for it, but from what I saw today, even Taffy Tails is at the end

I'll be honest, totally forgot those. The teachers never really did anything for me. But DeWitt makes sense, since that needs an entire rewrite to actually make sense with Eve's story. She isn't friends with the rappers anymore, so they'd also not help during that questline obviously.

What do you mean by "all caught up?" Most of the teacher art work has to be redrawn. It's all old art currently. There's like 6-8months of work there.

You are able to complete the routes shown in the walkthrough with Bissette, Okita, and Ross.

edit: These routes lead to additional interactions with other characters, e.g. Bissette's route involves Jane, Judith, June, Principle Smith, Martinez, Dexter, Mia, Roxxy, Coach Bridgete, and Jenny.
I generally knock the teacher routes out first as these get me started with many of the other characters.

It really pisses me off that he's messing around with his 3 programmers instead of using the money to bring the game back to where it was before the tech update and complains in the stream about how everyone keeps asking where the new stuff is

They are indicated as complete on the 21.0.0 opening menu screen and the scenes are in the updated aspect ratio so I believe that they are considered completed for purposes of the tech update.

How come the dev(s) (Idk how many there are) find it necessary to "rework" scenes. Like, finish the damn game and then start polishing up everything.

Also, I last played like 3 years ago, should I start another playthrough now or wait until it's finished? (If it ever will be finished)

The teachers already had an art update in the past, though. Debbie was like Day 1 shit. Some of the already old finished routes probably won't be getting any huge updates in the art department, like Roxxy and Eve.
