No 2 months for 1 new scene , and a half , since in part of the bed sex scene the art used is from the pre-tech version.

Yes that says its the latest mod for wip 6155 the newest update to summertime
There are new scenes throughout but in relevance yes the game has gone back more towards the beginning you will have to wait for the tech update to be finished before it goes back anywhere near where it was before.
It's very disappointing. Compared to the June release only 2 scenes have been added, containing maybe 10 new drawings of Debbie and Diane. The previews of Anon having Sex with Debbie in the kitchen and in the shower have still not been fully integrated into the story.
There is also at least one new (minor) bug where Debbie switches between wearing panties and not wearing them while talking to Anon. Additionally cookie jar scenes do not yet have variants to chose from. As far as I can tell there are 3 different variants of the shower scene with Debbie (no action / only HJ & BJ / touching Debbie with option for anilingus) but only the first two can be selected from the cookie jar (listed as separate scenes).
The whole update is less than 10 minutes of additional gameplay compared to the preview from June. If updates continue to add so little extra content it will take another 2-3 updates (until end of 2025) to integrate the existing Debbie scenes and finish her story and by then the Tech Update will have Debbie, Jenny and 3/4 teachers finished with the main story ending about 1/3 through part 1 of 3 (~ 10% of the existing story).
The Tech Update has been in development since the end of 2022 and after over 2.5 years it now has (generously) 30% of the content the pre-tech release had. At this rate it will take until 2030 to reach parity with the pre-tech release at which point (or probably before that already) it will be time for another remake...
EDIT: I played the whole story from scratch to check if maybe there was something that I haven't seen yet. There is another new bug: the cookie jar scene of Jenny masturbating (both variants) is not unlockable without cheats any more in the latest update - she just never does it, I checked from the attic every day morning, afternoon and evening and the only 3 scenes I ever got were: empty room, Jenny on the notebook and Jenny with her diary and I played through all the content that is currently available in the Tech Update.

I can't even tell you what's going on content wise. Everytime an update happens for the past 1-2 years, it mentions adding (back)Debbie content without ever finishing it .
Also if they don't want people to discuss the development, maybe they should have actually worthwhile new content instead

What's new with the game? Hmm, other than the graphics update there is...nothing. Nothing new has been updated with the game. It's taking just as long for DC to re-implementing one whole route as it took to go from 2.0.16 to 21.0.0 wip 6155. So you're better off leaving this game for 10+ years. At least then we'll have about half of the missing content back to make this game somewhat playable.

Stop spreading lies. The Game was far from finished, even before the tech update. Summertime Saga would still be ongoing for years even without the remake.
And no I don't defend Dark Cookie, he just said it multiple times that he wants to keep adding new characters in to continue this game even when the existing characters are done.

yeah it is true that while well underway for most of the existing plot and arcs, this was far from over. Being generous, maybe 3/4 through ? And only if he stopped adding characters
