Much more content in pre-tech version... latest version - new aspect ratio, better coding, some new scenes/dialogue(?), less content . I haven't put them side by side but truthfully (for me ) I see no difference.
If you only played a year or so ago and completed it, you already played everything in v0.20.16. so don't bother downloading that.
Ah man that sucks i was just looking for a nice game after but nothings ever come close to summertime saga for me. For some reason the art the, the setting, the variety all of it make it so good. I've tried other games like treasures of nadia which was also awesome but just for some reason not on the same level as summertime saga.
Have you played Snow Daze? Artstyle is similar, gameplay not so much though

I've seen that game but I'm not a fan of the whole hypnotizing aspect plus im looking for something which has a variety of characters rather than 3 or 4. The artstyle does look nice tho.
You realize each of these are hand drawn, right? And there are hundreds of art files of the MC, alone. Whether it's the 'paper doll' pieces that make up foreground composite characters, or the specific full scene art for the lewds and other special scenes --- this world be burdensome and also bloat the size of this with separate images for each customization.
They might as well do it, it's not like the game is ever getting finished anyway.
