I was really looking up for this update, but what a disappointment.....hopefully next release brings more of the stuff we like. or may be this is not the real release, and it is coming! fingers crossed.....

One Piece is actually moving forward... This game is like releasing episodes till 500 for a good following. Stop it to remake animations for the entire show. After that, take 3 years to remake only 250 episodes.

This whole tech update is almost taking as long as making the whole game... Good business strategy. Wondering why so many people still pay money to this creator...

Honestly, I'm surprised that NLT kept it up so well this long. If you are essentailly producing "the same game" again and again and again you'll end up like ICSTOR at some point. Yes, it may get you a lof of money, but it must be sooooooo mentally exhausting.

I'd say another part of it is dev's being afraid to experiement and stray too far off their fomula. NLT still has good games and great models but the problem is that they are reparative as well all know by now. If they took a leap of faith it would make or break them but given how good they've been, I'd say they could pull something epic off and regain the fading respect people have for them.

They may deserve critique but they are still far from deserving hate.

Someone in one of the earlier posts said StS lacks eroticism and I mostly agree with that. There are moments throughout, however. I think the first time Roxy and MC end up in the locker is erotic. I also think there a few moments in the Jenny story. There is definitely a sexuel tension between them. I think the most eroticism exists in the Debbie story, though. There is a lot of build up in it with a wide range of emotions. I think the scene with Debbie and MC at night in her bed is the most intimate in the game.

I got around to playing the update and I enjoyed it. I thought the crossword puzzle scene was funny and I laughed out loud and it opened the door to looking at Debbie with a different lense. I think the lawn mowing scene change was a great one and excellent change from the previous iteration. I like the blushing and embarrassment involved. I think the pipe fixing scene lost something. I realize they wanted to make it more of a Debbie scene than Jenny scene, but it was really good how it was. I think Jenny's line about the MC being the only one without tits and telling him to sac up is fucking hilarious and fits her character REALLY well. The lotion and massage scene got a fantastic upgrade and is way better than it was before and really pushes the eroticism.

I hear now that DC has said they won't finish Debbie on the next update either. It's disappointing that they didn't get more accomplished. I debated becoming a patron again because I have a few ideas for Debbie that maybe I could persuade to get in the game, but I just can't reward the level of output. There is still so much to get to that I wonder if Debbie will become an eight month update. I'm sure many of you will be pissed at that but I'm good. The more Debbie the better IMO.

Back in 2019 it took them ~6 months to rework Jenny's story and scenes, so I guess one should expect Debbie to be in that same ballpark, depending how much they'll add on top.

Agree, Debbie as the "main character" deserve more. I think Debbie is the backbone why people like StS right? Truly the embodiment of MILF.
