has anyone figure out how to unlock actually cheats in the new update, other then pressing the wifi signal multiple times? like does anyone know how to bypass the rypc stuff

MC starts with full stats.
MC starts with $10,000,000.
By using the Wi-Fi symbol, players can completely unlock the cookie jar cg gallery.
You can't get content that hasn't migrated over from the stable older version.
What is it that you are wanting to cheat beyond that - specifically?

In 10 years DC will remove rest of the content for "rework" and then bring back 25% of it while still getting ton of money

Are the save files the same on both android and PC? I'm asking this because I want to try "mirroring" the 20.16 version of the game using the same mods (Naughty Tribute and Incest Patch), but when I load the same save on android, the game instead loads at a different point of the story than it should
The setup for this is simply sharing the folder on syncthing, then copying the files from that folder to the save folder that's located on Android/data

The MC starts with $10,000 on hand and $9,990,000 in the bank. Send him to the bank to use the ATM there if he has spent $10,000. What more does he need?
Save files should be the same content for same version.
Save file for v0.20.16 for Mac should work on Windows should work on Linux should work on Android all for same v0.20.16.
Should be same for v21.0.0 across platforms.
The incest patch wouldn't affect saves BUT you may want to ask in the Naughty Tribute mod thread if their mod may affect save files.
One way you could check is to remove the mod and patch on your main system and then load the save on that main system to see if it loads correctly.
Whenever you are using someone's mods and/or patches and you have problems with gameplay, it's usually best to first remove the mods and patches to see if those might be causing the issues.
