you might add that when they released sooner there was barely anything new to play not to speak of no new scenes at all, and when they released later it was the same shit so kinda rightfully so

In v21.0.0-wip.6011 All locations are unlocked and you cannot, and have no reason to enable console.

Yes, that was a delay for the previous update. He farted around and didn't finish the changing room scene until the last minute.
I have not heard any talk of a delay for the current one though.
